Great job! On time and plenty of manpower to get the work done quickly. Awesome experience.

It was an extreme problem finding all nine control valves that were buried at unknown places in a large yard. Then bare wires were found that prevented zones from operating. After rewiring the entire system, then two control valves found and wired were previously disconnected and not in use. So, they then had to locate the other two valves, connect them and disconnect the abandoned valves. They were here three days to finally complete a very difficult job. And they charged a very reasonable price for all the work done.

They were very fast.....it would have taken me much longer to do myself and a lot less aggravation.

Jose and his crew came out a little before the appointment time.. They repaired the leaking valve. They found a screwed up electrical connection which got a few more heads operating. They then when around and checked any leaking pop up valves. They had to replace about 10 of the valves. When they got everything working properly, they then programmed the system to get the yard back into good shape.

Albert and Omar went about their work efficiently and professionally. Having purchased the house recently, I had numerous questions about the system, its operation, and the location of the zone valves and sprinkler heads. Albert answered all of my questions in a concise and courteous manner. The final bill was most reasonable, indeed better than my expectations. Express Lawn Sprinklers will be our service company of choice for all future such requirements. An excellent outcome.

I had an appointment for March 10, 2016 and due to the impending rains and storms scheduled for that and the next several days Express Lawn Sprinklers contacted me and requested that we postpone the appointment until March 18th shortly after noon . . . the time is now 1400 Hrs on the 18th and I have attempted to contact the supplier and there was no answer [answering machine only] when I called and 'left word at 1300Hrs and and as of this writing I have neither seen or heard from Express Lawn Sprinklers and at this point I seriously question the reliability of their service if this is how they pay attention to their appointments and potentially future customers . . .!

Everything went very smooth. First they were kind enough to push my schedule to the end of day so that I could take care of some pressing business. They fixed the sprinklers that were running while one of the team searched for the hidden and burried valves that needed to be found and repaired. After locating, digging and surveying the issues, they discovered that we were not up to code and that the system was now required to have a back flow prenvetor to keep water contamination out of city water a 2003 or so revisiion. My system was a 1993 installation. Using a professional and licensed company comes with a requirement that everything be done correctly and to code which is something I look for in the company I choose. The only down side was that a company with a great reputation and rating is in very high demand during peak (hot) season and may take longer for a service date than some would like. But, if you want the right companies doing the work you will have to be patient especially if you procrastinate in calling for an appointment as I did. I was very pleased with the level of service expertise and professionalism the service team presented and I would gladly recommend them to my friends, family and anyone else needing service.

Express sent out Clay and Bertin to check my sprinkler system. They were very professional and helpful. They provided the service I requested, gave me what I felt was a fair estimate of repairs that were needed, explained it in a way I could understand, and worked efficiently. Initially, I was confused about what the Angie's ad from them said and what the repairman told me. The ad said $90 checkup not including parts. In the fine description it said the price could be increased depending on the time spent. The special was for $90 an hour, not $90 for the job. Very misleading.

I cannot comment enough on the professionalism and integrity of this company. They are our go to team for our sprinkler system!

It basically went fine once the appointment was met. I had a water leak in my sprinkler system, and their representative over the phone that I talked to over the phone said their work schedule was pretty full, but scheduled a date and was very helpful in telling me where I could cut the water off at one of the main boxes, which helped save some on the water bill. Once the date arrive and the plumbers went to work on the leak they were professional, and fixed the job, also fixing another problem in the back yard concerning a sprinkler station not working properly. They were fairly expensive, but I figure they are in line with everyone else. Yes, I'd use them again.

Excellent service and professionalism was a A+. The service provide even arrived a earlier than anticipated, which was great because we had discussed this earlier. It did not take him long at all, maybe 1 hour.

They always do a great job. During the busy season it could take a week to get an appointment. During the off season they usually come the same or next day depending on when I call them. Would recommend them and will always use them when I have a problem with my sprinkler system.

Some of the sprinkler heads were old and needed to be updated, which Express Lawn did. There was also a sprinkler line that was in need of repair which they fixed as well. The gentlemen were courteous, prompt and charged a fair price for their services. I would definitely use them again.

I got their name from Angies List and was very pleased. I had them install my front system. They were on time, and did a great job. When I had some lines stopped up, they came and fixed with now charge. I join the other Angie reviewers and highly recommend them.

He did a good job. They came in and did the job. I will continue using him because he knows my system.

I had one job done and it was for a drain. They were able to fix it and now it works good. A drain we have outside would get clogged up when it would rain but they were able to clear it up. They also added concrete around it and it works fine now. They did a good job on the drain. They are prompt and arrived when they said they would. If your not ready to add more stuff you can let them know. They quoted me $250 but they only charged me $150 because they didn't use a tool they thought they need to use.

As always it went very well. I have been using express lawn sprinklers since 2002 and I have always been pleased with the service.

The job went very smoothly! I called and we agreed on a time for him to come and give me a bid, and he arrived exactly as expected. We felt the bid was fair, so we went ahead and hired him. When we agreed on a date to do the job, he and his crew came out exactly when they said they would. It was completed in one day. I was amazed how fast they worked. I could tell he and his crew had a lot of experience! Also, he realized that we were going to have our driveway resurfaced and was careful to have the system installed outside of that area. In fact, one short area was installed a little too close and he had his crew take it up and move it about two feet over. I appreciated that.

They arrived on time and worked very efficiently through out the day. They even stayed 2 hours late to finish the job instead of leaving and coming back the next day. At first I thought they had cut the phone line because after they left I did not have a land line. When I called Randy back he said if they had nipped the line that we would pay for the charges from AT&T, which I appreciated. As t turned out the problem was from a lightening strike. I was impressed that he was willing to take the responsibility of repairing the line had it been due to his workers.
