 + -1 moreThe night before, our a/c was not blowing through the vents. I determined that the problem had to be with the blower motor. I called Evans the next morning and explained the problem. A tech was at our house about 30 min later. He concurred that the problem was probably with the motor, but checked the capacitor first. He determined that the capacitor was defective and replaced it. Our a/c immediately began blowing again. Even though the blower motor was extremely over heated the tech said it should be okay, thus saving us an additional $300. The tech was prompt, friendly, very knowledgeable and honest. I am extremely pleased and satisfied with the service.
Description of Work: The capacitor for the blower motor needed to be replaced.

Description of Work: air wasnt cooling but five degrees difference and unit was running all the time. $650 later it was cooling eight degrees and still running all the time. no explanation but service guy said it should cool 15-20 degrees. no explanation as to why not. i hade to go buy two window units to keep my tenant from moving out.
