+ -1 moreOrdered an antenna online from this place weeks ago and it works worst than the $10 one I just bought even after putting it in a prime location in the home, I have called, emailed and finally put in a dispute against them through paypal. All they said to paypal was correct one shipped even though that is not what I commented as to why I want to return the product. It just does not work. They say 100% money back guaranteed but nothing. DON'T DEAL WITH THEM. Rip off of my money and all I want is for them to pay return postage and give me money back. SAD

+ -1 moreStill waiting on final response from credit card company but based on the statement made by Antenna Deals on their website and in their e-mails to me I do not expect anything less than a full refund. I have printed and saved their current website so if they do change things I can prove what they had on it when I bought the product.
Description of Work: I bought an antenna based on their claim that it gets 150 + mile range and their "No hassle, worry free, 100% money back guarantee". They even go so far as to state "We never require our customers to pay for any shipping." Two days after I received the antenna and installed it I decided to return it because I could only get the same channels I was getting with my old antenna. My neighbor gets a few additional channels that we don't get and her antenna is 10' lower than ours so I expected to at least pick up those additional channels. Because that was not the case I would rather spend my money on an antenna that will get me those channels. I was told to not return the item and given a refund minus $20 to cover what I would have paid for return shipping. I pointed out what they state on their own website and told them if the additional $20 is not refunded I will contact my credit card company by morning to dispute the charge. This was their response - "Please call your credit card tonight, no need to wait. They will contact us and we will then have the partial refund we sent to you held until it is over." Do not buy anything from this company. They will scam you if you're not satisfied.
