Mark and his team came out and gave me a next day estimate and assessment of our black mold in the kitchen of our house. They then were able to work with me on the quote to be competitive to some of the other quotes that I had received from other companies. They were very professional and flexible as our situation arose right around Thanksgiving and so they got as much work done as they could around the holiday to help us out as being out of a kitchen during the holidays was very stressful for our young family. They kept me appraised of the situation and the progress several times a day, especially when they found the leaks that caused the problem initially. I can't recommend the team at East-Tex Eco any more highly. My wife and I were worried and concerned throughout the beginning stages of this process because we reached out to at least 5 companies that all scared us with either ridiculously high prices, impossible timelines, never getting back to us with quotes, and even scare tactics when they came in to make it sound like it was worse that it really was. Mark and his team made the mold remediation process as painless as something as difficult, expensive, and scary as this can be.

There is something good to be said for dealing with the owners of a company! Marc and Cabot are extremely responsive, thorough, knowledgeable, punctual and are competitively priced. They take the time to answer your questions and go the extra mile to make sure the project is a success. They even completed some work that was beyond the scope we originally talked about because it was important for the project to be a success. I will definitely use them again and will refer them to friends.

Marc and Cabot were very professional and very easy to work with. They responded to my call quickly and provided the quote the same day after they came out to give me an estimate. They were honest and the price was very fair. They performed the work in one day and came back everyday to replace the air scrubber filters. The work they did was superb and the lab result for the post remediation assessment was excellent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a mold remediation. I would use them for other services they provide in the future.

Marc Patel was called and came over within three hours with blowers and explained what he was going to do. He left blowers for four days approx. and we were very satisfied.
