Absolutely first class work with fair pricing. This company has done work for me multiple times over the years and they are the best I have found. I have used them to make major renovations to residential properties, like fuse boxes/busses, etc., as well as simple jobs like replacing lighting fixtures.

They were on time, professional, and helpful with suggestions. Great value for the work done. Pleasure to work with them.

The two technicians were very professional, courteous and were great at explaining my options, describing work involved, etc. They were proactive at problem solving and I would definitely use them again. They are very big on customer service.

The electrician that came out to do the work (Mathew) was competent and professional and the quality of his work was excellent. The problem was the final cost to do the work. Mathew's original estimate came in at $200-300 plus material and the final bill submitted by the owner was for $632 ($500 for 3.5 hours of labor and $132 for material)! The labor charge translates to $143 per hour, which is roughly twice the typical charge for an electrician in Dallas. I've posted dozens of very fair (all net positive!) reviews on Angie's List and I'm very sorry to have to say this is my first overall net negative review :-(...

They were easy to contact about the work I wanted done. I sent a photo of my panel and I got an estimate very quickly. The job was scheduled the following week. I am very pleased with their professionalism and the quality of work. I will definitely work with them again.

The electrician was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and safely. Was extremely careful with his 16 ft. ladder to ensure that no walls were scuffed. He showed up exactly when he said he would arrive and was out in less than two hours. Was very impressed and will definitely use again. Plus, they gave me a 10% Angie's List discount. That was a nice plus!

I used them and it was awesome. They came out the same day. I called at 7:40am, he said he started taking calls at 7:30am. He took my call, had someone out there by noon. It was all taken care of and it was less than $200, so I was thrilled.

The guys were great, fixing the deficiencies noted on the inspection report and giving my the options on moving a couple of switches, cutting off some unused outlets, etc... They were very knowledgeable about the quirks of this old of a house. The rates were very reasonable for the amount of time it took to do everything. I already referred them to a friend, and will be calling them again.

Fantastic. Russ and his team are true professionals! They did an outstanding job, talked through any improvements suggested, price was a bit high but worth the quality of work, truly. I will hire them again and recommend them highly. They are now my electricians of choice for any work on my home or rental houses.

Matt and Jeff arrived on time with new garage lights and everything they needed to do the job. They carefully measured and installed mounting hardware for the two bathroom fixtures and wired in attic to the existing wall switch. They removed the old light fixtures from the garage ceiling and installed the two new LED lights in their place. They were very thorough, conscientious and professional. They cleaned up when the job was done and answered all my questions and explained things throughout the job.

This happened over a weekend and we shut off the breaker but had to live without power to our kitchen. I called Russ Electric on Monday morning at 7:40 a.m. They answered the phone and confirmed that they could get someone out the same day. The technician called when he was on his way. The work was done quickly and explained completely. They emailed me an invoice the next day and I was able to call a credit card payment in. I couldn't ask for a better 1st experience with a provider that I found on Angie's List.

Excellent. Matthew showed up on time, gave me an accurate estimate of the time involved, completed the job early, and it looks great and works perfectly. I always like hiring local independent companies and this did not disappoint.

It went fine. All of them look great . Two were chandeliers and I opted to hang the crystals myself as that would have extended their time considerably.

They were good. They were busy but called back and found the time for us. I thought their price was about average but they knew their stuff. They were excellent at addressing our complicated problem and repairing it correctly.

Even though there was some previous electrical present, Russ wanted to make sure everything was up to date and safe. He ran all new wires and completed the job for under the estimated price of 3 other electrical companies near by. Him and his staff are very professional and get the job done! The first was to replace the entire electrical panel that was arcing and could have caused more damage in the future if not replaced soon. Russ came out initially to determine what work needed to be done and quickly provided a quote and had one of his crew on the job shortly after. Gary did a great job, kept us informed on the work and when the power would be off or on, as well as cleaning up when he was done. The second job involved rerouting the Oncor power line that stretched above ground across out backyard. Once again Russ came out to survey the work and provide a bid that was the price we paid. This process is not easy since you have to contact your energy provider to make requests that they pass along to Oncor who does the actual service on the line. Then you have to coordinate the electrician with Oncor for work to be done as well as an inspection by the city. Russ guided me through the step by step process with patient and took the reigns to work with the Oncor rep directly once I gave Oncor permission to talk to him on my behalf. Russ and his crew came out again to dig the trench, lay the PVC, prepare the line to be rerouted by Oncor. They also added a second panel for the power line to connect to the house and made sure the panel had additional space to add circuits for the future pool equipment and new lighting. After getting final inspection approval from Oncor and the city, we were able to coordinate timing with Oncor to make the final switch to the new line. Russ and his crew did a great job on both projects. They are very knowledgeable, polite, professional, and I will definitely use them for all my future electrical needs.

I have been in the home building industry in DFW for 38 years and no one tops the service and professional performance the crews provided.The same crew came back the last week of October and completed the fixture install and received final inspection from the city on first attempt. It went very well. We hired them this past summer to update our house before we sold it. The electrician was courteous, prompt, and efficient. Their rates were reasonable compared to other electrical contractors. We would definitely recommend them

Mathew came early and his work was above and beyond. He went into the very small and very hot attic space and did a great job. I would highly recommend him and do plan to use him for future work.
