Description of Work: We have used Choice for about 15 years. They replaced our entire central air system at one point and provide yearly maintenance and checks. I like the personal service they give and get the feeling that I am dealing with a hard-working, family run business.

Description of Work: Replaced our A/C heating units. But we had been using them for service the past few years and they have always been quick to answer, show and complete the job. On some really hot days in our super hot attic. Even on Saturday and Sunday in a heat wave! Amen-- Will continue to call on these guys.

+ -1 moreOur first floor heater went out - Choice came out, determined that it was a serious problem and replaced the heater within days. It was very cold and because it was an emergency repair, we did not bid the job, so I cannot say that I could not have gotten the work done at the same level for less. But these guys were responsive, professional and I believe they will stand by their work.

+ -1 moreThey are very courteous. Their professionalism is quite good. They are punctual, but they missed a huge problem with my air conditioner. They installed a compressor that was still under warranty, and they wanted me to pay to replace it. I wasn't happy with that. They're really, really nice people, though.
