+ -1 more.They didn't do a good job. I payed the money they asked and the tile didn't get as clean as it should have been. They had to reschedule but they were nice about it. She actually asked me for a tip which I didn't think she should ask me for a tip. That wasn't really professional. I will not be using them again.

Description of Work: I have a 3200 sq. ft. home. 5 bedrooms, 2 Living areas, a staircase and a hallway were cleaned. I have never had the dry cleaning method done on my carpets. I typically had my carpets steam cleaned every 6-9 months. All my carpets were cleaned. He pulled out all the furniture that he could move easily including all the couches and end tables. (None of the steam cleaning companies have ever done this.) He took stains out of my white carpet that no other company has been able to do. I have a dog that wreaks havoc with my carpeting. I also had my L-shaped pit group cleaned. It came out looking like it was new. All my carpets look fluffier, they look great! I am a Realtor and I see many carpets after they are cleaned. I found Carlson Carpet Dry Carpet Cleaning from one of my clients whose carpets looked great. He does the best job of all of the carpets I have seen after they are cleaned.
