ULTIMATE CARPET CLEANERS

The "ultimate" experience of bad service. I booked a carpet cleaning. The day-of he called to inform me he was an hour away (which would make him two hours later than expected.) About 10 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive I let him now I needed to run an errand. (I am pregnant and needed to grab lunch, this was my first opportunity in the day due to back-to-back household services including a cleaning lady and a plumber.) I didn't go 2 miles down the road. He messaged me when he arrived and I asked to give me 5 minutes. He left and then proceeded to be a JERK on the phone when I called and asked why. I understand than it took me 5 more minutes than I anticipated due to traffic, but not only had I scheduled him for this job, but also discussed additional tile cleaning following a remodel we are going through. He apparently doesn't have 5 minutes to spare for a client and I personally do not want to work with someone who is so inconsiderate. What is so important in the carpet cleaning business that 5 minutes will break you?
