He did a good job on the house, he came back and there were some things wrong, he said "you're being too picky." He came over to do the second building with his wife and was really mouthy. We paid half of what he asked, he calked the house as well as put boards on it. The boards have come to be warped, we did not even ask for the boards around the edge of the building. We have pictures of all of it. He has not yet painted the building. He started talking about things they were doing when they were off. We hired him because he was recommended, if he did not like the way we were talking he would have left the first day.

James Lee Mills (Painting by Lee) quoted me a price of $350 with a request of $100 up front to purchase paint. He said he could match the trim in the hall but after application the color that was applied was a greenish tint, which he even agreed. He was told to match the trim so after another color was picked it came out completely white but only over one doorway was it applied. He continuously said he had 25 years experience, however he would come by, drop off another guy and leave. Paint (approx. 4 inches) was dripped on the carpet (the green paint), but after saying he couldn't see very well he said it wasn't there and was very offended. On numerous occasions Mr. Mills said he would return the $100, yet as of July 17, 2013 has yet to do so. A letter was written to him on June 20, 2013 requesting he return the money by July 1, 2013 or further actions would be taken. Since that time another painter was hired and completed the job in one day.
