He came to work with young boy who he said was his son. He changed things over and over each day he was there, always complaining about the contracted price and trying to increase the amount. Never cleared the ground or removed grass but rather cut it short and put sand on top of it. Now I have a slab of concrete sticking up 4-12 inches above the ground level. He didn’t even want to put a footing around it until I asked about it just before pouring the concrete. That too wasn’t done all around, but in areas he felt would be convenient to do. Now I need to go back and add rocks and sand around the slab so the sand underneath it doesn’t pour out when there is rain. After pouring the concrete, when he was back to stain the concrete, he refused to stain it according to the picture and insisted that it was not possible and would require too much labor and much more money. Once again he changed our agreement to fit his needs and provided an inferior quality service. He was supposed to come back to reseal the stained concrete, but claims that nothing was wrong with it despite the fact that he told me that it would need to get additional sealant in areas where it appeared gray or white over the stain. Most of the patio appeared that way so i said he had to reseal it all. He stopped answering the phone and now his son answers the phone and is very rude. Very poor workmanship and unprofessional. I would never do business with him again, and when i finally reached him to get my patio resealed he threatened me saying that I was rude to his son, and that I don't want to p*** him off. If i wanted him to come back out, i would have to pay him a fee. Do Not Hire this Fraud!
