My sales rep, Chris Parent, was fantastic. He was very patient, given that we have a toddler and an attention loving dog. Sat with us through a 4 hour planning session. The builders were great! Very professional and hard working. Got the project almost all done in 1 day (minor set back in the front door waiting on new trim). The guys did a great job and cleaned up after. The project even made my master bedroom windows bigger. My only downfall, I have spoken to several people after the fact, and it kind of sounds like I am paying way to much for my doors and windows. Live and learn I guess, but otherwise, I am very happy.

this was not an easy job and they spent two very long days installing even in to the evening to make sure that they got it done right

Needed a new rear entry system (frame, storm door, and door). Guys came out and upon install discovered what turned out to be a larger problem. Turns out that water in my foundation is what caused my original door and frame to rot out in the first place. Ralph and Tom were up front with me and recommended I not have the door installed until the water in my foundation was taken care of. Despite the headache of having just paid for a door and now learning that I would have to pay for a basement sump pump this was good advice and I appreciated Ralph and Tom's honesty. They could have just put the door on and I would have never know the difference. That right there gets 5-stars from me. Additionally, the instill was terrific, and the guys were very personable the entire time. Excellent work, job well done!!

They said they would install my windows before Thanksgiving, but they didn't install them until late December. They canceled on an install date last minute saying that the windows weren't done. On the day of the actual install, they showed up without any notice or warning. I had no idea they would be there that day. In the end my project was set back a month and a half because of these guys. The window install did go well though when it finally happened and the new windows look great. They were pretty expensive, but probably worth the money.

Installer's Bernie & Rob installed my exterior door today. I am extremely satisfied and love my new door. I would definetly hire this company in the future and highly recommend them for their professionalism. They were knowledgeable and attentive to detail, which I found impressive. We bought a new front door system from West Shore Home and the door is beautiful and the utmost quality. The process was simple, great selection and install was quick and easy. The doors are expensive, but premium quality and come with a lifetime transferable warranty - we have four kids, we need warranties! I highly recommend considering West Shore Home for your exterior door needs.

The installers, Joe L and Aron G, arrived promptly at 8 AM and worked to our complete satisfaction removing and replacing our 30 year old shower in the master bedroom. They were courteous, professional and proud of their work. They satisfied our requests and then some! I would recommend them and West Shore Home anytime!

I hired this company to R & R a shower stall. They were able to increase the size of the shower because they custom make any size you need. The professionalism of the design consultant and the installers exceeded my wife's and my expectations. The quality of their products and lifetime warranty was no where else to be found. I hired this company to replace 2 external doors - everyone I worked with customer service/sales/installers were very professional and I'm thrilled with the finished product.

Installers were meticulously careful in installing the windows. From my experience with them, I am having four more windows installed on the "weather" side of our home and have asked for the same installers. All areas were policed and vacuumed. Great job!!!
