I would not recommend West shore homes to anyone at this point. I didnâ t get what was discussed at my initial visit. Also the sales representative. Julius hung up on me after I asked to cancel the order and speak with a supervisor . I was very nice about the whole situation. Im still waiting to hear from the supervisor or general manager John Reynolds. Has been over a month . I request white grout they put in grey without discussing it with me. So it looks horrible. I received the wrong shower pan. Was told it would be larger instead of rescheduling they installed the small one. Just a lot was done that I didnâ t approve. And they refuse to call about the issue. All was done on the sales representative Julius behalf. If they donâ t know measurements someone else should come out before the install date. Also he told be one thing for financing and part of it is not honored and I have proof. Now I have a 11391 shower that incorrect with a loan thatâ s incorrect.

I wish they could be given a zero on this rating. If you want to get something done do not choose this company. It was a complete mess. First issue was the sales rep told us one thing about door size and then when asked she verified the opening was going to be 29 inches. In actuality it was only 21 inches on sliding door once installed. We made sure to ask this before install and even have text messages about the size. Well after install it was not what she said it was going to be so too late to change door. There were issues with installation such as not being sealed correctly on exterior, lock not being flush with bottom door, handle actually moves and is loose when opening. Then they took existing inside trim and cut it and re-installed rather than using another piece. What was very scary on all of this was even after 3 weeks they could not even verify if a permit was needed and whether the door opening was even up to code. It took 3 weeks to get an answer to whether the door opening met city code or not. It took me calling multiple times to finally get a call from management about the issues. Sadly, their response was not hey we might give you a discount or hey we will do xyz, nope the answer was basically we made a mistake, but you have to deal with it. So I would highly recommend you find some other company to do business with. I was actually asked by the manager what he thought they should do when I told him sales rep incorrectly told us the size of door opening and then verified it over text messages and it still was incorrect. His response was ya we made a mistake what do you think we should do maybe have sales team go to training? Pretty sad, again avoid this company at all cost.

Brianna guided us through selections and general information. She was knowledgeable,professional and did not pressure at all. Chris and Max did our installation and were great to work with, Did a wonderful job and left everything neat and tidy. We were very pleased the our new bathroom and everyone involved,Karol

Thanks to Julius the Sales Consultant for a great experience and a HUGE thanks to Ian the installer, he was very personable, professional with a great personality and workmanship. His helper Jalen also worked very hard. We had a few minor hiccups but they were quickly resolved, Armando drove all the way here over 2 hours to make sure we got what we needed. They did an outstanding job!!! I really appreciate it!!!
