The I installation crew was wonderful. It the the financial side and the financial l invisor person who initially set up the contract is who I'm having the problem with. No Communication, no responding to my issues. I keep calling a d no one is calling back but they want my money. I don't believe I will be recommending anyone to this company.

I had exterior door and storm doors replaced. I was able to keep my custom color for my door which was a big selling point for me. The team that installed my doors were professional and very knowledgeable about the products they installed.

Jason and Noah were excellent! They did such an amazing job remodeling our bathroom from an old tub to a beautiful walk in shower. They were prompt upon arrival and very professional from the beginning until the completion of the installation! Everything was kept clean throughout the entire process! They scoped out the job knew exactly what needed to be done. Amazing Install! I highly recommend!!

Cam J and Cam Z did a great job of installing my new walk-in shower. Arrived on time, scoped out the job and went directly to work. The 2 Cams knew what needed to be done and GOT IT DONE. Everything was clean and trash picked up

Just before the holidays I had a new walk in shower installed to replace my old tub. At the time of the installation all was great and I was very happy. Just this past Monday I walked into the kitchen ( the bathroom is upstairs directly over the kitchen). There was huge bubble the size of a basketball. Long story short something in the new shower was leaking. I had to have an emergency plumber come out $200.00. That plumber found the leak to be in the shower. I called West Shore and at first they told me it would be two weeks before they could get anyone out. I had to beg them to get someone out sooner. They just didn't seem to understand the urgency of the situation. They scheduled a plumber out that Friday. The plumbers that came out were wonderful. They found the problem but because they were not installers they said they would have the office call me to schedule the installers back out. 6 hours later still no call back. I have called West Shore multiple times with no results. I have two holes in my ceiling and a shower that is still leaking. Nobody at West Shore seems to understand of the urgency of this situation. 16 grand and I have a leaking shower that I can't get fixed.
