The entire group that I worked with at WestShore Home could not have been any better. Jessica did a great job selling the company and their work. It was estimated that it would take 4 - 8 weeks to get the materials due to supply line issues. I was extremely surprised when they called me 3 days later to let me know that the product I selected was in stocks and they were all ready to go. John J. and Michael H. showed up on time as scheduled and did an amazing job. These 2 gentlemen were extremely professional and personable. They covered everything that I wanted done BEFORE they started the job and then had me review the work as they were doing the installation to make certain that I was getting what I wanted. Initially I was told the job could take 2 days to complete. They arrived at 8:00 AM demo the bath tub shower and surrounding areas and had everything wrapped up by 5:00 PM. Once they were finished they had me review and sign off the work they did. They also thoroughly explained how I should care for the new shower. John and Michael constantly cleaned up as they were going along. They left nothing behind except the super work they did. Many Thanks.

Very happy with our shower. We had the best installers James M and Kendrick. They were friendly, courteous and helpful. We appreciate how they interacted with our dogs. It made the experience for us and our pets much better.

My overall experience w/ West Shore Home was very good! The installers, Jacoby, Dilan & Max, arrived when I was told that they would and were extremely polite and patient with all of my questions & concerns. All three of them did a wonderful job w/ the install and they left my bathroom nice & clean. I would work with West Shore Home in the future and would welcome back Jacoby, Dilan & Max for install!

The installers, Ryan and D.P., were efficient and knowledgeable about the installation of our new shower. Ryan answered all of our questions and went out of his way to help us. They seemed anxious to please the customer. We were told it would be done in one day and it was done in one day. They left the bathroom clean and looking brand new.

We are so impressed with our new walk in shower. The team came in and removed our shower/tub combo and installed the new shower in 1 day. Ryan and DP did a great job! THE TWO MEN WHO INSTALLED MY WALK IN SHOWER ROSSI S AND ROBERT B WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEIR QUALITY OF WORK WAS OUTSTANDING.. THEY RUN INTO ONE MAJOR PROBLEM BECAUSE MY HOUSE WAS OLD BUILT IN 1958. THEY KEPT ME WELL INFORMED AND HANDLED THE PROBLEM. IF THESE TWO MEN ARE ARE AN EXAMPLEOF YOUR EMPLOYEES THEN WEST SHORE IS A TOP OF THE LINE COMPANY. THESE TWO MEN TOOK GREAT PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. I AM AN 81 YEAR OLD RETIRED IRONWORKER AND I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE HANDS LIKE THESE GUYS.

They were exceptional I have never had such a professional nice contractor experience in my life and I've owned my home for 32 years so I've had quite a few contractors they were professional job was beautiful everything they promised as what exactly happened they even have their project manager come out and check how they were doing though it wasn't needed they were ready to answer any questions stopped in the middle of their project to let me take pictures of the progress they were willing to do anything I ask and it was done in good time in one day I'm very very pleased if I could hire them to remodel my house I would
