Jasmin & Joe were very professional. I was very impressed with their work ethic. They arrived at my home promptly both mornings ready to work. They kept me informed how the bath to shower conversion was progressing. They answered my questions. I was also impressed with the way they respected my home by protecting my property while they worked & the clean up after the job completion. Overall, I had a pleasant experience & will more than likely have them to come back for future projects. Thank you.

they did everything that was talked about in the original contract, plus they even got to the job quickier than expected. and the install team of kendrick and giovanni went above and beyond wanting to please my wife an i about the placement of all the asserories, they were very clean and neat, and did a good job cleaning up everything when they were through.

Levi and Dalton did an excellent job on the installation. I highly recommend them to do any installations. I would appreciate the sales person to be a little more forthcoming when presenting the quote. We were not given an itemized statement to see the discounts, but I am old school so this may not be how it is done any more. The quality is excellent and we truly appreciated the installers. They checked to make sure the bars and shelves were installed where we wanted them and cleaned up nicely before they left

Iinstallers John J and Michael H were very professional and kept us informed as they continued the conversion from bath to shower. Installers even asked our opinion as to where we would like the shelves and grab bars so that we felt more involved with each step. The finished product was better than what we good image. Very pleased with this project.

Zach P. and Mike F. were very friendly and efficient. Can't wait for that first shower later today!

Zach arrived about 8 AM tore out old tub, plumbing and walls and finished the entire tub, replacement and new fixtures with new plumbing. He was very professional, courteous and respectful and answered all my questions. He cleaned up and was done around 5.

The crew consisting of James Me, Jose G and Ryan Sieg arrived at about 9 and were through about 4. We hired them to put in a new shower they were very professional, courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeeable. They walked us through the demo and installation. They answered all of questions and put us at ease with their answeres.

Emmitt and Jeremy arrived just after 8 AM and they were finished with the entire project just before 4 PM. They were very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and respectful. We were happy to have them in our home to remove a bathtub and install a shower. They answered all of our questions and completed their work to perfection. We are very pleased!

Shower stall installation was quick, accurate and professional. I choose subway tile white acrylic because I wanted the no grout / easy maintenance, and clean appearance. Cannot comment on other installation options (tile). More expensive than a independent contractor in general. Great option if you don't mind paying for the 1 day turnaround to get it done. Time will tell on the no mold sturdiness of the acrylic, but pleased so far.

We had Jasmin and Joe for our installation and they were here at exactly the time we were told they would be here. They first made us familiar with what they would be doing and went over the product we had requested to make sure everything was as we had ordered. They then began the removal of our existing tub and shower, showed us that everything was in good shape where the old pieces had been and then proceeded to install the new pieces. They both were very friendly and outgoing and we enjoyed them being in our home and were very impressed by the work they did and they answered any questions we had, then always asked us for any suggestions we had or how we wanted specific things done. I would highly recommend West Shore Home to anyone who is contemplating a bathroom remodel . Jasmin and Joe were as professional as anyone we have ever had doing work at our home.

our installers Levi, Ryan Sieg were very professional ! We had 2 installation and they were done in two days . They were very informative to what they were doing and ask us question if need be. when the job was done they cleaned everything up.
