The installation was excellent - Tyler B. and Mike L. were very courteous and respectful while doing installation - David was very professional about the entire project - aside from having to wait for the final inspection, the entire project was completed in a timely manner!

The sales rep. who came out initially, Mike W., was very knowledgeable and very personable. He was able to answer all our questions. The installers, Aaron and Bryan, were very friendly and efficient. They worked through the day and completely installed our bath to shower conversion in one day. They even had to work through an afternoon rain which affected their going in and out to their truck for equipment and supplies. And they still maintained their good attitudes. Overall, we had a good experience and recommend West Shore Home.

Colby S. ( the lead) and Tyler B. were our installers. They were hard working young gentlemen who were refreshingly courteous, and maintained a strong work ethic. They performed a wonderful job installing our beautiful, new shower, all the while demonstrating pleasant, positive attitudes no matter what obstacle arose. They were truly a blessing. Halen, our sales rep, was a very pleasant young man. He was very helpful, and patient, as we asked our many questions in order to make our final decisions. We had a wonderful experience, and would be happy to recommend West Shore.

Excellent install of shower but damage to rest of bathroom.

They arrived on time and went right to work after going over our contract. They covered all the hallways and path to the bathroom. They worked all day and got the job done to our satisfaction. Both guys were so pleasant and respectful. They went over all the details of using the shower, and the care of the shower. It was easy breeze on us and we are thrilled. The installers were Giovanni and Ryan. They are wonderful. Asset to your company.

We had West Shore Home replace our shower in the master bath. They did an outstanding job. Arrived on time. Finished in just over 8 hours. It looks great!!! The two men that did the tear out and install were Robert B. and Hervey. Very professional. Cleaned up afterwards. Left nothing behind. We're very very happy with the results. We recommend to anyone looking to update their shower. Great job!!

salesperson was very likeable and did not pressure us to make a choice immediately, he showed us the different options from wall color to different styles.

I called in after seeing the commercial on tv, where a representative was scheduled just a few days out. Nicholas Webb was our design consultant, which was a very pleasant experience. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. He explained everything thoroughly, from the remodel to financing and more. The work crew was scheduled within a weeks time, due to a cancellation. Dustin, Zach and DP showed up the day of installation and got the job done! They were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to do a bath remodel!
