Well Rene and Jon were very professional on their work and they cleaned up the work area after they finished. They were so respectful I would recommend them I would give Rene and Jon 5 Stars.

The crew, Luis and Dalton, are very professional , polite and understanding. They listened to my concerns. The only thing I was very disappointed was from the sales rep, who did not enter the right shower head style I wanted for the project. His dishonesty has destroyed the image of this company.

I had two bathroom showers and a tub replaced. The job was quoted at 3 days and other than a small electrical hiccup, it was completed. I was very impressed with the skill and pride in their work that all of the Westshore craftsmen showed. I had Jason and Brayden for all three days along with Rene, Jon, Emmit, Chris Ryan and Eli for one of the 3 days. All of these gentlemen were outstanding and showed great care in each every element they were assigned. See pictures (I am still work on floors and walls) As everyone knows, this work is not cheap but I truly feel that I got my monies worth in the time spent and quality of the product. No job is without its hiccups but the company stood by their word and made all things right. I would definitely hire them again in the future if the need arises. Thank you for being a part of my bathroom renovations.

Our installers, Ernest and Stuart, were awesome! Tracy, our sales rep and project manager, was exceptional, overall we had a great experience.

The install crew was great! Did a great job, kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves. There were some plumbing issues discovered during the install process, the install crew kept me informed and updated on all phases of the repair and installation. The finished work is top notch.

We replaced one window and changed out an old bathtub for a new walk-in shower. We couldn't be happier with the shower and window. Xavier and Markey were our installers and they were professional and extremely hard workers. Would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

The only reason this is not zero stars is that they did a fine job on the 2 windows they installed. However, after that, they charged me for work they did not complete, like installing a door that they cannot even give me an ETA on. I have been calling for weeks and no one from billing or management will call me back. This is a disreputable company that is out for all the cash they can scam people out of. Currently, they are charging me thousands for work that has not been completed. I am flabbergasted at this level of unprofessionalism. Avoid this company at all costs. They did an absolutely fantastic job with the finished product. However it's the little things that they don't explain clearly to you. We removed a bathtub to make it into a larger shower, and took out the old shower. We asked our sales representative Joseph if the area where the old shower was would be finished off drywall and ready to go. To what we were told absolutely yes. We'll leave your bathroom ready to go. We wanted a subway tile finish to what our sales person said it's more expensive and "my" preference is smooth alabaster white to what we replied, we don't care for a smooth finish, we want subway tile. When install day came the first problem was the wait for the inspector to come in so they could start installation. Second issue, the wrong finish was brought in. This pushed our installation back a week. Our sales representative "did not recall" our selection. When he was told several times what OUR preference was. All in all, they do a fantastic job with the product install. BUT they do need work with their sales representatives. As I said before it's the little things that hurt this company.

Colby & Josh did an amazing job. In less than 7 hours, they removed my old tub, installed my new walk in shower, and left my home love okâ  ing neat and clean.

We needed to replace 4 windows in the structure in which we live. Since it is a metal building with living quarters, 'barndominium', getting the correct windows and having them installed correctly can be challenging since the windows are different from what the average home would require. We contacted several window companies and settled on West Shore. Their price was competative, the sales rep very knowledgeable, and their product was well made and more than met our needs. While the installation date was farther along than we wished, it was still in line with the estimated installation times from their competators. Not only did the sales rep measure the windows but a window specialist came the next week to remeasure our windows to insure that what we had ordered was going to work and was accurate since the windows are made to order to match the building. He then double checked all of our design requests to insure that they would match the windows that we were not replacing. They called the week prior to the installation date to confirm and the crew showed up on time as promised. Roberto and Oscar were our installation crew and they were efficient and very professional. Tarps were laid down inside to catch any debris from the removal of the old windows and they cleaned up as they went. They made every effort to minimize any disruption of our daily routine and were considerate of our needs at all times. We had been told that this job could take as much as two days depending on what was found when the old windows were removed but the installation was completed in only one full day. That included not only hauling off all the old window parts but they cleaned both the inside and outside of all the windows before they left. They walked us around all the windows, making sure that we knew how to fully operate all the features of the new windows and let us examine each window's installation to insure that we were totally satisfied. We are extremely happy with both the windows and the installation and I would highly recommend them if you need new windows.

Dilan and DP did a fantastic job on our shower install. They explained and showed us every step. They even went a extra step in helping us load a table and chairs that we sold the same day they were installing our shower. They cleaned everything up and left it immaculate. We would recommend them for future installs to anyone.

Dustin and Chad were very thorough of their work and their skills were superior. Also, they were very respectful and professional. I recommend these two employees to homeowners who are planning to have their bathrooms remodeled.
