Great salesman, be careful though, they tried to keep the bowed shower rod I purchased. They were leaving when I had to grab them.

I had a tub to a walk in shower conversion in my old house. I am very pleased with the safety and appearance now in my bathroom. James, my installer completed the job in one day despite some complications with this old houses' previous plumbing. He was professional and knew his job well. I also want to thank CeCe, the representative who came to my house. She gave me the information I needed without hype or spin, that I received from other reps. Thanks!

Too high price took way to long, and have to come back because they did it wrong it took over a year to fix and wont give any money back cause we paid all upfront would never recommend them not even to enemies!!!!!!!

Michael B installed our tub to shower conversion. He was fast, confident and experienced. He kept everything clean while he worked and was finished sooner than expected. We had our hall bath tub replaced with a walk-in shower for my elderly mother that lives with us. We were worried about her falling trying to get in and out of the tub. Mike F. and Chad W. were awesome. They were so nice and professional. They even asked my mom where she wanted the grab bars and shelves to fit her height. We are getting a second bathroom done next month.

Dillon and John did a fantastic job on my bathroom remodel. This was the second bathroom done as they were out last month remodeling my other bathroom. West Shore Home exceeded my expectations.

Ryan Scott and Cinjin Rhodes were my instillation techs and they both did a great job. They arrived at 8:30am and were done at 4:15pm. They didn't even take a lunch break! I think this new tub to shower conversion will help me stay in my home longer. It will be safer than getting into a bathtub to take a shower. It looks great and I'm very happy with the service. They did the job before I had an upcoming surgery! I REALLY appreciate that! Phillip Jarmillo is my design consultant, and he has helped me get this done quickly!!! I highly recommend this company.
