Description of Work: came up with a more straightforward and significantly less expensive solution to my problem than the last plumber I called.

Description of Work: They never responded and I had to call them and the person answering the phone seem to have a language barrier and said he would check and call back and no one ever did. I do not need to beg anyone for service when I am the one paying.

Description of Work: They did not show for the appointment and did not respond to my email attempting to make another appointment. So I got a refund and used a different plumber.

Description of Work: I called this guy and he asked me to text him my address, he texted back and said he could come tomorrow. I asked him if I could use the coupon he has posted on angieslist ($99/2hrs) and nothing. NOTHING. NO RESPONSE, EVEN AFTER I FOLLOWED UP AGAIN.

Description of Work: Hired to do some simple plumbing jobs one of which was putting on a new trim kit, including a tub filler spout. When the old spout had been removed the copper pipe had been cut/broken at an angle. Rather than square it off, the worker merely jammed the new spout on the jagged edge, which cut the dealing gasket and it leaked immediately. When given an opportunity to correct this error, he wanted $195.00 for a service call griping that he had done the initial work for $99.00. Had to hire another plumber to correct his errors AND BUY A NEW TUB FILLER that did not match the trim set purchased since he had ruined the brand new one.

Description of Work: It went okay, but because the servicer was late I could not show him the issues with the faucet. I live in a condo and water has to be turned off for the whole building for any plumbing jobs. The condo manager allowed fifteen minutes after 9:00 a.m. before turning off the water, but the plumber had still not arrived although the appointment was for 9:00 a.m. As a result, the issue with the bathtub faucet has not been completely resolved since I was not able to turn on the water to show him the issue. Also, the plumber was not friendly, although professional, and appeared to be somewhat annoyed with the deal. He charged me $25 for a very small plastic ring, obviously overpriced, but a way for him to make up for the $99.00 deal.

Description of Work: My biggest problem with them was getting them to show up. They apparently don't have a land line so when their cell phone goes out, they have no way of getting back to the customer. They were supposed to come late on a Friday, and didn't show up. I had to leave a voice mail on their phone, which wasn't returned. I called again on Monday morning, and they were very nice and rescheduled for that afternoon. When they got here they performed the work quickly and well and were very nice. I just think they need to have a more professional scheduling system.

Description of Work: Alejandro and his assistant came to our home promptly at the scheduled time, which was set less than twelve hours from the A-list request. He repaired the clogged sink in our master bathroom. We also had a dripping shower faucet. This was not a major concern of ours compared to the sink issue. He fixed it as well going above and beyond all completed within a few hours.
