At first I was a little apprehensive as the price jumped, but they explained well, showed me phone videos of what was going on, and were very respectful. I understood all, consented, and think I got my moneys wort, as was on the weekend. Also, I had been calling around trying to locate a plumber on a Saturday, as the leak was so bad, the meter enclosure flooded because of the heavy rain, and I could not shut the water off. Got Alejandro on the phone, and they came in around an hour or so, and I felt lucky to get service.

I have left 4 voice messages and one email and still have not heard a word. The message on the voice mail is auto generated and in Spanish.

Called Tx. Service Plumbing (local- less than 2 miles away) for emergency help. He arrived within 30 min. I showed him the leak at the frig filter (corroded connection) and the valve in the hot water closed that wasn't shutting off the water to the frig. He shut offf the water to the house; removed the bad valve (old valve soldered to the pipe); installed a new valve (compression fitting); removed the bad fitting and pipe piece at the frig filter; installed new fitting; and opened valve and turned on water. All worked well. I was very pleased with him (a master plumber), his work, and his professionalism.

went well in General. Pros: - He got the leak stopped Cons: - I thought the $99 deal would cover the gaskets that he replaced but they did not. He charged me an additional 10 or 12 dollars for these which I felt was a large upcharge for a few gaskets

Very professional, patient, and detail oriented. He got there and I had all the wrong parts. Female when it should be male connections on faucets. Wrong lengths faucets shafts. Needed 12' and not 6'. Had toilet parts for 2 piece toilet instead of 1. I went and replaced parts while he removed old faucets. He still had them replaced within the purchased 2 hours. His Angie's offer of $99 for 2 hours was awesome. I would pay double that in future for his level of productivity. The company offers other services too and I had them submit a bid on painting. Highly recommended.

He was terrible. In my allotted time, I personally went to Home Depot to pick up whatever tools that he needed except he had very broken English and I don't speak Spanish and he had to try to translate through somebody who I don't know if he was a relative or employee who also didn't speak very good English. I personally myself was in Home Depot with my baby and my husband was sitting right next to the plumber, and we were all trying to figure out. It was a timed thing. He insisted I do not use Angie's List and that I pay him directly because it's better for him. I didn't have enough knowledge to know at that time but going through Angie's List is somewhat of a protection for me. I paid him directly and he was terrible. He didn't have the right products, he didn't do a good job, and I had to call a different plumber afterwards. The other plumber that came in said it was a good thing that I called him because the guy did it wrong. He had put it incorrectly and we would have had a flood. Whatever it was, he didn't do a good job. The faucets were leaking and nothing was sealed. He had an apprentice with him that was supposed to be helping out, but he was just talking the whole time in Spanish. He was paying the guy to teach the guy but they weren't actually doing the work here. There was a little bit of training issue. My interaction with them was terrible. He was not very good in terms of communication. He was very snippy with me when I said he didn't bring the items that he needed, and sent me for 45 minutes to Home Depot. He should have gone because he knew what to look for. I was standing there like an idiot not knowing what's going on and the item that we needed wasn't the right one. It was just a disaster. The interactions were not good and he was very disrespectful. He held up a card saying he is a master plumber. I was not happy with him at all. If a consumer is thinking about hiring, I would tell them to run the other direction. Find someone else that they can think of because he is terrible, he is going to waste their money, and fight with them about it.

Vendor showed up on time and went right to work. He carried all of the needed supplies and was very efficient and professional in performing the repairs.

Alejandro and his assistant did a fantastic job. Even went with me to home depot to pick up new bath/shower fixtures and necessary materials to install. I would use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Awesome service! Alejandro came out the same day as requested and called as requested to confirm time. We had a leak under our kitchen sink and he did all that was required to fix it....made sure the seal was good, including adding a slope to the new pipe so the drainage would be improved and he only charged us for the part he had to go get.(He asked before purchasing anything outside of the 99$ special and we were very pleased... We realized when we called that English is not their primary language, but they communicate well on all that is job related...and were prompt in arriving and follow thru.... He wore shoe guards inside to not track in mud . Yes we would use them again...

I believe that the quality of the work was good. However i had a hard time communicating with the provider as English is not his first language.

Texas Service Plumbing (Alejandro) did a good job in replacing an old faucet that was corroded in place and in a difficult-to-access location. Punctual, reasonably-priced, neat and professional. Highly recommended...

I bought the Big Deal that was offered. I received an email back within just a few hours, on a Sunday! He was able to come out the next day. I had a running toilet and two others that needed some tweaking. Alex replaced old parts on all three. He worked fast and showed me everything he was doing or needed to be done. He's very nice and professional. I'll definitely use him again.

Arranging to have my faucet placed was as easy as it could possibly have been. The provider had an Angie's List Big Deal for $111 for 2 hours of plumbing work. I emailed in advance to make sure that the deal would cover my needs. After responding in the affirmative, the provider suggested Sunday for the work. I was pleasantly surprised, as I usually have to take time for work during the week for these kinds of appointment. Two plumbers showed up promptly on a Sunday morning and had my new faucet installed in just over an hour. Easy and prompt. I will use this company again for future plumbing needs.

Called early and he told me he would come by later in the day. He texted me and verified when he would be here and was right on time. Checked out what was to be done, went to the supply house, came back and did a great job. Very professional and polite. I will definitely use him again.

Called on Wed & spoke to Alejandro, set up appt. for 10 am on Fri. He came on time, assessed the problems, made a run for parts. Very nice man, professional & hard worker. The toilet was leaking water in tank due to worn out parts. He put new kit inside tank & even replaced parts outside the tank, very thorough job. Next he found the problem with the sink leaking into cabinet below. The entire sink drain pipe was stopped up with gunk, all parts were old & gross. He replaced all the parts, even the sink stopper which was broken, snaked out the pipe going into the wall, very thorough & professional job. (home built in '67) Took him 3 hrs, which includes 45 min. for parts run. We will call him in the future.

He rearranged his schedule and came because I had a water leak, he was very professional and accurate on the problem and explaining it.

Alejandro was on time, professional and friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He has his Master Plumbers license. He cleaned the pipes before installing the disposal and even glued some loose connections. i would definitely use him again. He cleaned up thoroughly before leaving.

Service was done very quickly and efficiently.

Everything went smoothly and quickly without any issues or problems.
