The chimney sweep tech was very professional, explained exactly was he was going to do and why. Did it and It took less than 45 minutes. I will be using them again for air duct cleaning soon. It was such a pleasure I even gave him a tip.

The guys did a decent job... But when I pay over $1,000.00 for service And All I wanted was just a cleaning originally. ... You sold me on the upgraded service, but in that case, you better be on point ... there is no room for error ... Especially when I am charged for every room!!!

I had a tech come and troubleshoot our fireplace. It was allowing smoke into the room. He cleaned the chimney, even though we told him we only had a fire twice in it and to get a higher grate, which we did. After paying $498.00, it still let smoke into the room. (It a new house). My tech was K C. I was contacted to let me know that he was running behind due to additional work being added at the previous job. Totally understand, it happens. K C called me when he was on his way to me. I originally scheduled for a deep cleaning, but he checked out my vents and it turned out we didnâ t need that! We needed a good clean on our unit and return vents. I am happy with the work and would recommend them to anyone!
