Description of Work: called to have my AC fix, and check for the summer, but did not gave me the opportunity to explain or verbalized what I was calling for. Immediately requested my Credit Card # before taken my name or reason for calling!!!!!!!!!!!!! No explanation given for such a request, I have never been ask for my credit card before work is performed much less for inquiring for service !!!! She did not give me the chance to give her my NAME !
