Beautiful garage floor finishing. Very professional and trustworthy crew. I highly recommend the product and this company to put it on. Porch finish was satisfactory to me, but not to the company. They wanted perfection (some of the base coat color showed through to the surface) and indicated a desire to redo it! When does that happen in this day and time? I should add that I replaced an LVL tile system in the garage that utterly failed to meet promised standards. That companyâ s warranty was useless and their response was laughable. Avoid the â lay downâ snap together products and use the â paintedâ solutions. They kept to the promised schedule.

Guardian Floors was the most competitive priced of those that I received a bid from. Not only were they competitive, they are owned by a veteran which means a lot to me as I too am a veteran of 20 years service. They are a top notch organization. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional from Gary in sales, Cheryl in the office, and especially Zee, Tre, and Julian who done the job. These three guys were absolutely amazing from being extremely courteous, to their professionalism. They worked as a well trained team which is not surprising given who they work for. I could not have asked for a better company or team to do the job. All of those that I came in contact with maintained an open line of communication throughout the process from sales, customer service, and the team which completed the job. They coated my garage and front porch and I have them scheduled to come out and due my patio. I love the quality and the appearance of the job that they have done.

I called them via their paper and in the vendor mail marketing found in my mailbox. The scheduler, my sales professional, Nate, and the floor specialists who did the work yesterday, Armando and Angel, we're all amazing. I'm very thrilled with my floor.

Guardian delivered as promised. They came on time and finished in one day as they said. They cleaned up well and left our new floors sparkling.

Going with Guardian Garage flooring was one of the easiest decisions I have had to make regarding the upgrades to my new home prior to moving in. Their product costs a little more than some of the other options but I think it is totally worth it. My garage floor looks amazing after they finished and the best part of the deal is their warranty. I have not come across another company willing to offer similar warranty terms and stand by their product like Guardian Garage does.

Guardian coated my garage floor with Polyaspartic Polyurea. The installation crew did a fantastic job. They were very professional, respectful and courteous. They answered all my questions. They are great at what they do. Guardian gave me a lifetime warranty. We are very happy and my garage looks amazing. I would highly recommend this company.
