Our garage looks amazing! We were very pleased with the process from beginning to end! Everyone we came in contact with was extremely pleasant. We are so happy we chose Guardian Garage Floors!

Floor looks great! Team did a super job and came on Saturday to make up for lost time due to weather. The Polyapartic gave the flexibility of application with the colder temps, pmts the lifetime warranty! Thanks to Gary for all his help and answers to my questions.

I did plenty of research on epoxy coating and even considered doing it myself to save costs. I came across ad for Guardian and got a free quote. I loved the durability over normal epoxy application and decided to have it done by these professionals who did an amazing job! Besides the garage, I also had them do the front and rear exterior porch with a cobblestone looking application and floor was cured in 24 hrs and had new appliances delivered next day! Itâ s an investment on your home and paying for it to be done the right way with having their lifetime warranty was a no brainer. We have received several compliments from new neighbors, family/friends and even construction workers have wandered over to admire and ask about our floors. Keith and his crew were super hands on and were extremely friendly and professional to work with. Excellent customer service. Me and my husband are thrilled to have this done in our newly constructed home. Highly recommend!!!

Floor looks great and has a lifetime warranty, so should be good forever! Install took only one day! Sandy in the office was fantastic to work with on coordination and payment.

The coating looks great, the workers were great. I just have the extra flakes that were blown off at the end all over my yard. Donâ t think thereâ s anything that they could have done differently though.

We actually had this company resurface our second floor balcony. They filled the holes, left by the old rod iron fence posts, and sealed the surface to protect it from rain. The final product is beautiful and the company was a delight to work with!

We had a concrete balcony that needed several repairs. Many other companies did not know how to handle these issues. Guardian Garage Floors was one of the only companies that took their time to figure it out and was able to help us seal the holes that were left from old railing posts and resurface the balcony to protect it from rain. The final product was beautiful! The company was extremely friendly and provided very fair pricing. We would definitely use them again!
