Work crew of 3 showed at the agreed time, worked very good as a team. Kept work area clean as work progressed. Asked us to look at the project as work progressed and ask any questions we might have. At project completion we were asked to look over all work very close. Everything looked good. The area was cleaned very good. We like the shower very much.

Great job all around. Different people come for different parts of job but all are prompt, friendly & do good work.

Roger came to the house to explain the process. Very nice man! Few weeks later the screen was installed. Three men had it done within a few hours. Good quality!

The installers were on time and professional, the price was much better than some other companies I had looked into, and the window quality is excellent. I have already noticed a difference in the temperature in my home maintaining without the air conditioning running non stop. I would highly recommend this company.

The salesperson (Chris Gokhale) was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He provided an estimate on the spot which was very detailed. People came to measure within the time period he specified. On the day they said they would arrive, the installation crew showed up. They were polite, careful around our furniture and walls. They did an excellent job on all the windows. We were most nervous about the remodel of a window into doors because it meant relocating a plug as well as cutting through our brick outer wall. They were fast, efficient, and spot on with the install. All this work was completed in one full day. The next day they returned to finish up the caulking and haul away all the old windows, brick we did not want, etc. we were really impressed. We only got their first names, Lailo and Carlos. They were so very polite and careful and worked so hard. A couple of times we had to make them stop and take a break just so we would feel better! Highly recommend this company and we plan to use them again when ready for the purchase and install of our final two sets of windows.

Owing to the fact that our new shower wasn't going to be anywhere near a standard installation, the lead time was six weeks. The base was custom fabricated and then shipped. I appreciated the fact that all materials were manufactured in the US(BUY AMERICAN!!). The tear out crew did a fantastic job of removing the old shower and tub. Existing dry wall was removed (all the way down to the studs, allowing me to inspect for any water damage or mold/thankfully there wasn't any). Particular attention was placed on making sure that the new base was level. The new shower walls are simply beautiful and a new bench was installed at the end opposite the new shower head. Since our project was far from standard, sliding glass doors had to be custom fabricated and this slowed the project even more. The extended wait time was well worth it. The end result is nothing short of fantastic. I would highly recommend [Name Redacted] to anyone.

While building our new home in Plano, saw Window Expo's ad indicating that they did screened porches as well as windows. Called them and Bobby, their salesperson, came out to bid the project on June 2. Bobby was very knowledgeable and explained their process, the construction of the screened framing, how it would be constructed and details of the materials to be used. Bobby gave us a firm bid and an estimated time frame from ordering the materials to actual installation. He explained that this was their busy season and installation may not be until the very end of July. We found the time frame acceptable. On June 10 the wall was measured and installation would be at the end of July. Much to our surprise, Window Expo called and said the materials had arrived earlier and installation was set for July 22. Installation was great. Brian and his team arrived on time. He introduced himself and said installation would take about two hours. The team worked efficiently and professionally. Within the two hours the installation was done, Brian explained what areas are sealed and what areas are not sealed (so water can run out under the floor mounting) and gave us the keys to the locking screen door. The finished product looks better than we anticipated and the bronze color is a perfect accent to our brick work.

I used this company 2 and a half years ago; they replaced 15 windows downstairs. I had a great experience the first time; so I called them when I was ready to replace the windows upstairs. I have recommended this company to co-workers, and other friends. Thanks for the great work

Completed shower in one day. Did an excellent job and cleaned up very well.

. 1. Dale the overall job supervisor was onsite numerous times to monitor and assess the project. He was very easy to talk to and went out of his way to make sure we understood what was going on and to make sure we were happy. Dale is first class to deal with. 2. Jesse was the day to day supervisor. He was also very easy to deal with and his communications were outstanding. 3. Everyday everything was left in clean order - there was no issues with how the team did their job. 4. The quality of the work was outstanding! We are extremely pleased. 5. We checked the prices of 5 other vendors before going with Window Expo. I can say that their prices could not be beat. 6. The owner of the Company even came by to introduce himself and inspect the job. I would highly recommend Window Expo and would not hesitate to use them again!

The electrician showed up first to move my light switches and doorbell off the wall where the pocket door was to be installed. Then the carpenter arrived to cut out enough wall for the pocket door, which involved more than I realized. The third and final crew arrived to install the pocket door and demolish my old tub & shower. When the old tub was removed, a problem was noticed. Of all things, my drain pipe to my tub was not connected to my main drain under the house. While my wife and I sat back and started counting $$$, the construction guy was already fixing the connection. He just happened to have the right stuff on his truck. Long story short, we now have a completely new tub & shower / pocket door in the guest bathroom, and we could not be happier.

The team did a wonderful job, installing the windows. They were courteous and professional. We wish they had done a better job protecting our wood floors and furniture.

We got quotes from numerous window companies but decided to use Window Expo because the product was the best match to our existing windows and we also knew that if we had any issues we could contact the office for repair. We had steel frame windows which were very difficult for the crew to remove until one guy from the company showed up later in the day and showed them the best way to do it. Apparently if you scrape off the caulk on the inside of jamb you can find the screws that hold them in place. The crew had initially been trying to crowbar them out and ended up gouging several walls in the process. It also took them several hours per window that way. Once they figured out they could be unscrewed it took much less time! It seemed pretty simple so I was surprised they didn't know about that. The crew hauled off all of the old windows and cleaned up all shards of glass. They installed the new windows and matching aluminum wrap. The new windows look great, make the house much more comfortable, and are easy to open and close and clean. We are very happy with the results. The folks at the office are really nice and always answer our questions right away. If we have to do this process with another house I would definitely use Window Expo again.

[Name Redacted] did a big remodel on our 1978 master bath. They did everything they said and more. Walls were removed, one short wall added. Fir down removed. Sheetrock repaired from old wallpaper and wall removals, textured and painted - beautifully! Old linoleum removed and LEV floors put down. A lot of electrical added. Whirlpool tub with gorgeous surround, and toilet installed. New lighting throughout. We assembled IKEA PAX wardrobes, sink cabinets, divider, wired lighted mirrors and they installed those with new plumbing for IKEA sinks perfectly. We decided not to install a couple of the items originally purchased from [Name Redacted] and they refunded the money with no questions. We give a shoutout to Bryan, the salesman who was much more and kept in touch; Toni, project mgr, who is an expert coordinator of trades and very in tune with needs and concerns, and all the people who did their portion of the project. Commendations to all!

install went good. however i was not given the choice to provide a cap on top of the enclosures at the time of sale. It was an option. I would have purchased it, as it now looks unfinished.

It went well, except for one glitch. The manufacture delivered a defective tub which had to be reordered. [Name Redacted] had it expedited, so we only lost a week.

We had quotes from Anderson and Champion and very good recs from friends who had used these providers. I also have a buddy of mine that has remodeled and flipped 15-20 houses and he has used Windows Expo many times and the cost for a normal window would be plus or minus $500. We saved over 50% from the other two companies and their installation crew was really professional and punctual. We love our windows and the job that they did.

8/25/14 A contract was executed with [Name Redacted] for a?bath to shower conversion.??This was not a low bid project and [Name Redacted] was paid well for the contract.? Order was placed, material arrived and installation was set for10/6/14 and 10/7/14.? The installation crew of two arrived at 10A on the 6th and departed at 9:30P the same day.? I was not advised until 1P that the crew intended to finish the job in one day and take the 7th off.? At that point I did not have a choice as the lead installer was determined he was taking?the 7th off.? To the point of installation an A rating was in order.? After the stunt pulled on installation day and the inconvenience both in our schedule and the installation quality the rating is a B.? I would use the company again, however, state in the contract a two day installation window be adhered to.

James and staff were earlier - at 8.30 AM and did an excellent job - was finished by 4 PM. Took out old windows and inserted new ones, removed all debris. Wonderful Staff.

This was an addition we could use 365 days a year. They had bent over backwards to help us and make sure everything was right. They changed anything that was wrong. Our contractors name was Brad. It is not completely finished yet, but when things come up they are extremely good at getting it fixed. We are still working with them.
