Description of Work: I cant say enough about how much I love our new outdoor living area. I had Luis and his teams remove a small slab patio with a canopy and put in a grand stained/stamped patio with a real shingled roof (as required by my HOA). It is absolutely stunning and beyond our expectations. It was so exciting to come home each day to see the progress, but that last day when they did the final staining on the patio just made me almost tear up :) Attention was paid to every little detail and nothing was short-cutted. The team showed up almost every day (unlike many who disappear for weeks) and were very polite. If I had to find one negative, it would be the time it took to start which was several months - but I would be more worried if he didn't have a long waiting list, and 6 weeks of flooding rains during those months didn't help I'm sure. So bottom line... plan ahead if you want the best! I'll definitely start early when I have Luis back to do an outdoor kitchen in a couple years.

Description of Work: Luis and Felix came and resealed our existing patio, which they had originally poured, stamped and stained in 2012. They was very prompt to respond and repaired some damage at no charge. He re-stained the patio as well. They worked with us to make sure we were very happy. They did a beautiful job. I am very pleased. They were courteous and professional and went out of their way to make us happy.

Description of Work: Added a new 20'x14' flagstone patio that required concert and retaining wall due to slope in yard. Add a new exposed cedar patio cover off the house to cover the patio. Natural stone added up to 36" on support posts. Ran a new electrical line and breaker to support lighting and outlets. They did an excellent job and exceeded all my expectations. Still maintained a great schedule even with the record 17" of rain in May. Would suggest to anyone and will definitely use them again for any additional projects.

Description of Work: They did a great job as far as contacting me to find out when would be a good day and time for them to come out for the service. They used high powered sprayer to do sections of fencing at a time then stop and use brushes to make sure it was evenly coated. Really happy with the work they did.

+ -1 moreGreat, My husband unknowingly messed up part of the stain and they found a way to fix the problem. Also, there were two drain pipes from the gutter that would have dumped onto the patio, but they routed them under the slab so as not to tuin the look or the finish. I would recommend them to others.
Description of Work: Diamond Fence poured a large concret patio (325 sq. feet) . It is 4 to 6 inches thick or more inches thick,they made sure it was level and drained away from the house. Last the patio was stamped and stained .

Description of Work: I'm not sure how this contractor qualifies to be on Angie's List. I spoke with Luis Carrasco from Arbors and Patios several times setting up three different appointments to come to my house for an estimate. He never showed up for a single appointment. What a waste of my time. If you can't depend on someone to show up for an estimate, how can you trust them to do any construction for you?

+ 0 moreIt is not finished yet but it is turning out great. They are easy to work with. They listen to what I have to say. They listen to everything that I wanted done. The work is quality work. It looks very nice. Their price was reasonable. About the only things I would say that I didn’t like was that they needed to stay on the job a little longer. I have had much work done before and I have never known anyone to stay on one job until it was done though. That is just a matter of construction work.
