"Terrible. I was told around noon that he would be here between 2 and 4. That didn't happen. I called to remind him attend apparently he forgot all about my appointment and lost my information. He then said he had someone who would come by in his place. His employee informed that he would be here around 5 pm. It is almost now 6 and he hasn't even called to tell me that he's running late. Thanks for nothing."
