Description of Work: Installed 4 interior piers, 3? exterior piers, and adjusted a couple more. Very polite, moved the furniture themselves, and tried to minimize the mess as much as possible. Had 2 crews working so that they were done in 2 days. Cleaned up after themselves and spread leftover dirt in low spots in landscaping.

Description of Work: Installed French Drain System in front/side yards and driveway to stop rain flooding. Initial installation effectiveness was flawed with drain covers severely below grade-level ... but when pointed out, SFR promptly and effectively repaired/apologized. During extensive excavation for new drain piping, SFR caused significant "collateral damage". Broken sprinkler system wiring, broken sprinkler piping, broken CATV/Phone/Internet cable,and broken "dog watch" wiring ... All which SFR claims are out of their responsibility to repair. This was not made clear at signing of the contract and seems inconsistent considering that SFR had a professional locate/mark buried utilities prior to digging. AT&T fixed their cable without charge and SFR offered to seed some grass ... but sprinkler wiring, sprinkler plumbing, and dog watch were at my expense. | |The "good news" is that the drainage system seems to function well!

Description of Work: Had Structured out just to check the foundation in our newly purchased pre-owned home. We were concerned about cracks in the garage. They found nothing wrong with the foundation and recommended no work. Appreciated their honesty. And... they left a detailed layout of our foundation for us for future use, all without charge.

Description of Work: Structured Foundation Repair was not the least expensive bid we had. There were 2 others under; however, after going over the bids and planes for repair with a Structural Engineer at work, he thought that Structured's repair plan was the best. | |Structured came out and put 17 holes through our slab for piers and also placed 11 piers outside around the rear of our house. The house had suffered through the drought and had settled in the back. Structured came out, jacked the rear of the house, placed the piers and will be back on July 13 to do the final mud jacking. When they finished, the cracks in the drywall had closed up and the garage door was now easy to open where I needed a crowbar before to open it. | |The downside is we lost most of our inside floor coverings and are having to replace them with new floor coverings. We also developed some plumbing drain leaks due to the jacking, but were warned that they could happen so we incurred some additional expense in having those leaks repaired. The workers that dug the holes for the piers had to work in the mud since we were still in the rainy season, but they kept to schedule; however, they tracked a significant amount of mud in the house and really tore up the back yard due to the soft condition of the soil. | |We needed to have the foundation repaired, though, so I think having the repairs done was worth the money.

Description of Work: On two different dates set 21 piers to level home, preformed three follow ups to check levels and installed what I refer to as a French drain. They are always helpful and gives you the information needed to make an informed decision concerning work proposed. On one occasion the owner, Mr. Tom Kidd, came to my home to discuss my drainage problems and how this was causing part of my problem. My home is 47 years of age and sit on black clay which is a real problem for me. This company will work with you to resolve any issue that you may face concerning their work. Their warranty is a true warranty. |

Description of Work: Inspection of foundation to see if cracks in walls was from a foundation problem. They determined that there is not a foundation problem and recommend some low cost ways to avoid a real foundation problem in the future.

Description of Work: They installed 8 concrete piers on our home. They were in and out in 1 day. Work came with a lifetime, transferable warranty. Very professional. I have referred them to others many times.

Description of Work: they came in and did measurements to see if we needed foundation repair. We did...we needed 7 piers. They were able to dig without disturbing too many bushes and put everything back together when it was done. They had an engineer come in days after to do measurements to make sure foundation was corrected and they sent a plumber in to test to make sure no plumbing pipes were disconnected during the fix.
