Description of Work: They did a great job repairing and leveling a concrete foundation on a 45 year old home build on previous farm acreage. The soil contracts and expands a lot in the farming areas of Ellis county. The home is now nice and level, with a lifetime guarantee.

Description of Work: The initial manager who measured the house and performed the inspection was very courteous and helpful, answering all of my questions. The work was performed at the scheduled time to lift the front corner of my home carefully so as not to cause any unnecessary damage to the drywall. As they warned me about, many of my bushes died from having been dug up to do the work; but, at least I expected it. I've called them out one more time to let me know about further foundation damage because of some floor tile cracks, but they said it was regular settling, not foundation failure. Good to know that they can be trusted to say what is and isn't foundation problems.

Description of Work: An inspector from Structured Foundation assessed damage, gave us a map of what he found, advised us about extent of damage and referred us to an engineer.
