Thank you so much for taking the time to review our company. I apologize that it took two phone calls to get the hole filled, we are typically more prompt than that when it comes to handling those matters. While our agreement covers the fact that we do not cover anything plumbing related, it is not uncommon for us to volunteer to leave a hole open to save customers time and money locating and repairing their plumbing leaks (The savings to the consumer can be great when we do this). It is also not uncommon for the plumber to fill the hole when they are finished. We do tell the customer, that when the plumber is finished, if he doesn't fill the hole back in, they can call our office and we will, as a courtesy, schedule a time for a crew to run by and fill the hole. Working that around our already full schedule can be challenging at times but we feel it is just another way we can provide excellent service to our customers. All that being said, that does not excuse the fact that you had to call us twice. If you would please contact me to elaborate on the reason you gave us a D in the Professional category, I would be very appreciative. While it is uncommon for us to be categorized as unprofessional, we value constructive criticism and would certainly appreciate the opportunity to take corrective action if need be.
