Description of Work: They did a complete foundation analysis and advised there were no issues with out foundation requiring repairs. Therefore, there was no cost for their service.

Description of Work: Repaired foundation. 28 piers. Hard to know what the quality was since our only indicator beforehand was cracks in walls. Some of the cracks came back together, some didn't. Everything seems fine so far. The crew was okay. Crew boss wasn't the most professional, but he was okay. I Chose this company because of the many good reviews on Angie's List. There are many others with good reviews, as well.

Description of Work: Engineer measured, installed 5 piers (in the rain), engineer remeasured, sewer and water inspection, (which found a sewer) leak, but it was the other side of the house so nothing related to their work, but it was nice to find out. would use again

Description of Work: Placed 10 piers and out in a French drain. Suppose to take 2 days but due to rainstorms in forecast they did ask work in one day and cleaned up. Unfortunately I now have a water leak under the slab which had been repaired the previous year.

Description of Work: I had 10 interior piers installed. This was the second time I used this vendor for pier work. The workmen were on time, careful with my house and the work progressed quickly. The vendor came as a recommendation from another contractor that used their services extensively.
