Their work was fantastic, prompt, and well explained. They were able to raise the entire structure back to its original height as well as install footings that reached down the the bedrock to prevent any future sinkage.

The foundation was inspected after house inspector noted some issues prior to move in. Issues were determined to be inconsequential. To our relief.

Thank you to Structured Foundation Repair. Customer service is NOT lost with them. We had a crew (lead man was Jorge) that kept us informed throughout the day. He did ask me several time if I had any questions or if he needed to explain what the crew was doing. They were very respectful with me and family. The area around the house was left as clean as when they started. We have never had to have this type of work done on a house; therefore we had some apprehension about what was being done. At the end of the day, We feel using Structured Foundation Repair was a wise decision base on the high quality of service we received. Example of the little things; the crew was here on a trash pick up day, as the trash truck came down the street, I saw two of his crew go out and make sure ours was picked up (the crews truck was on the street and the trash crew may have over looked ours).

Since work was finished, 3-4 years ago, our house has broken into 3-4 pieces. Structured comes out and measures, and says that everything is level, Goodbye. Meanwhile the cracks get WORSE.

We had minor foundation work done. These guys were great. Showed up when they said they would, did the work they said they would. Just had the work reviewed by an inspector, who confirmed everything was as it should be. Would absolutely recommend.

Terrible because I was told that I didn’t needed to be present when the repairs were done and missed work because of the miscommunication and they should have discounted the cost but wouldn’t.

Structured was at my home when scheduled, worked in an organized manner and left a clean work area once completed. They kept us updated during the process and made the entire experience good.

The review is for the 2nd time, I had this company come out for foundation repair. Work was for, foundation warranty on work previously done and new foundation work to be done on different side of house. I contacted the company because of the day that was scheduled I had to work, and was unable to have anyone at house. I was promised by company, that they highly respected their foreman, and he would be the ONLY person accessing my home. That the job would take two days. (First day me being at work, and second day I would be there to pay). I came home from work "early that day July 15 2020, 90+ degrees, to find my doors wide open (with my AC running), and as I am walking into my house, 5 yes 5 guys are walking through my house. I was livid. First of all I was told "only" the foreman was going to be in my home, and 2nd to have my doors (carport and porch doors open) while AC was on. I immediately called company, got the run around on who I needed to speak to and then when I was finally called back, was placated to. And was told that the foreman would be spoken to. Then told, that the job was done, that they wouldn't be back the next day. First time foundation was done to one side, it was a two day project. This time was adjusting one side and fixing another and it only took barely a day? And side note, both bathrooms were used to add salt to the wound. I am a huge believer in using family owned and operated businesses, but my 2nd experience with this one left me questioning using them again.

Excellent. They were able to improve on initially scheduled date, work completed in one day with care and diligence. Their level of customer service from start to finish was perfection.

They rushed the job. The massive interior and exterior job that was scheduled for two-days was knocked out in one. Our sales guy promised that a couple of my favorite shrubs would be untouched - they were destroyed. Our sales guy also said that half our house would be blocked off with plastic to minimize the dust - that didn't happen. A sprinkler line was cut. Instead of telling me that they were not responsible for any damage, they strung me along for a week, then told me it was not their problem. The concrete they poured wasn't level. Baseboards were dented. I found mud absolutely everywhere. Had they taken care over the two days, it would have been a much better outcome.
