When we added an addition the contractor poured the new slab foundation 1/2" -3/4" inch too high. I asked R&D to quote how much to make the existing floor and new floor even. Rudy walked me through the process he recommended, explaining anything I had questions on. He recommended steps we could take ourselves to save money. He was very straight forward and helpful. I will definitely call him again.

Excellent job and competitive price. Retaining wall was structurally engineered to meet City of Grapevine requirements, the process went smooth with Rudy,engineer and city inspector. Rudy also was able to accommodate my LED light request mid build to illuminate the columns of the wall. What an amazing job and cleanups after each day on the project. He will be coming back this Spring to remove and replace the railroad ties in my backyard to match the Milsap Sandstone he did on front wall.

Excellent! Concrete slab area needed quite a bit of preparation. Some of which was above and beyond initial job description. It was done in an efficient and timely manner. All trash and debris hauled off daily! The deck and fence turned out great. The knowledge and experience these guys have was very helpful.
