Had a promotion for $54 for unlimited vents being cleaned and main return. When they came out, they stated we had 6 extra returns (I live in a small, one story home with one AC unit). They stated it was actually different "connecters" in the attic that counted as different returns and if we didnt get all of them cleaned, it would be bad. So it ended up costing almost $250. Needless to say, I will not be using them again.

They cleaned the vents. They immediately showed me vents that had mold in them. They said it needed to be cleaned immediately. They ended up charging me for the mold. They also charged us $35 to sanitize the vents. They used our own sheets to cover up the electronics. They used our bleach products to help clean. Once they were done, they put the sheets on our suade furniture and also on our kids toys. They left dirt everything from going in and out of the house. They also left paint chips everywhere from taking off the returns and vents. The paint chips are in my son's diapers, my daughter's things, and meat that thawed out for dinner tonight. It is huge mess left for me to clean up. They said they would clean up the mess. I called them after discovering this and the gentleman was very rude. They made it seem like they did all this work for me. He said, "It's not like you can't clean it up yourself."
