The company came out and stated that our house was not properly grounded. He stated they would not be able to do the job that the deal was for.

Everything went great. They were very responsive, on time and very professional.

Service call did not go very well at all. First scheduled service call was canceled due a large job and they could not send an electrician out on the first date. Second of all they did not show up at scheduled time on the re-scheduled date. I had to call them and ask where the electrician was (because it was 30 minutes past the scheduled time) and when was he going to arrive. At least 15 to 20 minutes later I was called back and said it was not on their schedule today but would try to get someone out right away. Upon arrival the electrician did not have new fixtures and did not have a ladder tall enough to reach the high ceiling. Then electrician on site said the price quoted was too low and it did not include working on tall ceilings. I just ask the man to leave my home.

Had an appointment scheduled for 9am. Got a call at 10:30 saying they could not make it. THEY rescheduled for the following Tuesday at 9am. At 9:45 I called and was told I was not on the schedule despite the fact that is the day and time THEY gave me. Told them I will find someone else. Once I understand, twice is a problem

This light is very old and Robert had trouble even getting to the socket which was in very bad shape. He got it out and replaced and it's working great now. He was professional and fast and I will use Peerless again in the future when I need electrical work done.

This was an Angie's List deal we purchased to replace our old unsafe electrical panel. Initial Meeting: They were on time. They explained the scope of the project and the timeline. They accommodated my request for a specific brand and type of panel. We asked to have a permit pulled for the project, and they said it would be an additional $315. No problem since the permit was not included in the deal. We agreed to the price since I was not going to let a project of this scope go with out a sign-off from an inspector. After we requested the permit, Peerless told us we would need to have smoke detectors in every bedroom and all plugs in the garage and outside would have to be replaced with GFCI outlets. We were told if they did the work it would be about another $1000. We told them we would do the work. Before the meeting was over, I was asked if I was sure I wanted a permit pulled.... Day of work: Freddy shows up on time and gets right to work. Really nice guy, very professional, and did a great job. He did not mind me watching over his shoulder and asking questions. He finished early and started labeling all the circuits. Day of Inspection: The Inspector shows up and I am informed that Peerless must be there to open the panel in order to do the inspection. The inspector noticed that we would need an additional grounding rod and that the cold water ground has to be copper not aluminum. I thought this would be a great time to ask if we really needed the smoke detectors and GFCI outlets... Nope. Not required. And I was handled the Red Tag. I called Peerless to let them know what the inspector found and asked what the next step was. They seemed completely caught off guard that they would have to be there with the inspector. 4 Hours spent Waiting, $300 Spent with ADT on smoke detectors, $75 spent on GFCI outlets that I did not need. Day of Repair Work: Freddy shows up on time, makes the changes the inspector requested, and then hands me the bill for the additional work. Another 4 hours and $208 for the Cold Water ground. Re-Inspection: Inspector shows up, late of course, and with a few tweaks, we were handed the coveted Green Tag. Another 4 Hours of waiting Overall I am very pleased with the the quality of work and professionalism of Peerless, Freddy especially. What I was most frustrated with was Peerless' lack of knowing what was required by Dallas city code. I feel that if a company is selling its services for work that requires a permit, the company should know what is required to meet code in that city.

Loved everyone I worked with at Peerless. From Skip on the phone, to Al who came out to do the bid for the work, to Freddy and Allen who spent an entire day bringing the electric components of our home up to code, they were all very pleasant and easy to work with! We were working on a very tight timeline, too, and they were totally able to work with me on scheduling, which I really appreciate. We spent a fortune but I feel really confident because I know the work was done correctly and won't be a problem for a long, long time! Thanks, Peerless!

When I called to schedule, I left a voicemail that was returned within 15 minutes. The technicians were extremely helpful, explaining their work thoroughly before, during, and after. They were prompt, friendly, and courteous. I appreciated their careful work done in a reasonable amount of time, and their attention to detail. They gave me recommendations and quotes on work that we could choose to do in the future, but were careful to ask beforehand exactly what I wanted as an outcome to their visit. (I very much appreciated their concern for my bottom line.) I would definitely use this service provider again.

The job went well. The crew showed up basically on time and completed the work in one day. They were here literally all day digging a new trench across my back yard and installing a new line. They preserved as much of my grass sod as possible and both technicians were very nice. It was pricy but I really don't have comparable bids - so, for all I really know it may have been a bargain. They definitely worked hard for the money!

We have not had any issues since. Great job and nice people. We felt really good with how they handled the issue and we will definitely call Peerless back when we need future electrical work.

Really great. The guys called and confirmed my appointment. They were in uniform and identified vehicle. They wore shoe protectors and were careful with tracking in dirt. They explained things really well and also showed me the work completed with warranty info on the surge protector to the electric panel. They labeled all the fuses and also showed them to me. They were really nice and installed a ac thermometer, and a wired fire/co2 detector. When the fire detector didn't work, they came back and installed a brand new one without extra charge

The guys were friendly when they came. They were professional, courteous and all that.

I received a call from the electrician letting me know half an hour before he would be arriving. Two men arrived and took a look at the problem. They immediately got to work and had everything sorted fairly quickly. I had one additional job for them which they were happy to take a look at and had that fixed fairly promptly too. If I have any other electrical issues in the future I won't hesitate to use them again.

Al, Robert and Alan were a great time. They were professional, efficient and informative. I feel comfortable that the work was performed correctly and will have them back to perform some additional work in the future.
