They were able to come a day earlier than planned. Were pleasant and professional.

They installed the bathroom fan correctly, I just wasn't impressed with the fan itself. I think that they were advertising that this is a really good deal because it was a good fan and it was not a good fan. They were responsive.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. called 4 times and left message to have no one from Peerless Electric call call me back to have a panel upgrade.

Robert Martinez, Service Technician, along with his helper showed up promptly for the appointment. They were shown the areas that needed work and they proceeded to get everything done in a neat and timely manner. They were very professional and I would use this company again.

They worker didnt have the right type of fan. He rigged so it would work. It wasn't his fault they only had what they carried so the worker made it work for me.

They were very responsive and sent out someone that day. They even told me about their coupon on Angie's List so that I could save $15.00. I needed to have them at a certain time due to my work schedule and they made it happen. The service man they sent out was very nice, polite, respectful and never seemed put out with my questions or concerns..

I used them last in 08/2011. I have not used them since then now. They put in a whole house transformer for me. It was the $179 big deal, but after talking to the guy I ended up upgrading and setting in a larger one, but that was my choice after listening to him. It was a very good deal. My husband's specific questions, he did a very good job addressing. They were very professional. This is what you want from your electrician. He took a long of time explaining to me how it worked, so that I could make an informed decision on what to put in. He appreciated the fact that he was able to explain it to me without making me sit like an idiot. Sometimes it is hard when I do not understand how something works, it is hard for them to explain it, and he did a good job. I was impressed.

Everything went smoothly, and the work was done in the allotted time.

The company responded promptly and scheduled a service call within an acceptable time frame. The service tech arrived on time and was courteous and was determined to resolve our problem. A professional service company hung Christmas lights on the roof of the house and the circuit breaker continued to blow. He replaced the circuit breaker and the lights remained on for a short period of time after he left, but continued to fail. I called to let the company know and they sent the repair man back out to recheck the breaker. He made some more adjustments and thought the issue was resolved, but we continued to have the same problems with the lights on the house. He suggested that if the breaker continued to fail that we would need to run a dedicated line for the added pull on the power to the house. We elected not to spend the money at that time and ran one of the cords through a window into a different outlet to get through the Christmas holidays and the lights remained on without an issue. The work that was done was satisfactory and the recommendation was a fair one for future consideration. On the plus side, the lights to the pool had not been coming on for a whole season and the circuit breaker that he replaced did resolve that issue.

We purchased the big deal for our electrical panel. After they came and looked at our breaker box, we were told the big deal coupon wouldn't work for us. We had a refund in a VERY VERY quick timeframe. Very nice and professional from start to finish.

I called Peerless after seeing Angie's List review. I had them come out to give me an estimate on rewiring a circuit and adding recessed lighting in our kitchen. Although they promised to get back with an estimate right away, I called and left messages several times and have still not heard back from them, over a month later. Finally searched and found another local provider who came out and gave me the estimate I was looking for; they are doing the work next week. Would not recommend Peerless to anyone.

Very professional. I did not know enough at the time to ask whether the replacement vent was better than the one I had. It is not a noisy but it would have been nice if he would have told me what benefit I will receive over the vent I had,

They were on time, they rewired all plugs in my home, cleaned up after they were finished. They were very proffesional.

Electrician was sent out and troubleshot to determine issues. Also got everything up to code. I am happy with all work completed!!

We needed 3 ceiling fans installed in the house and one on the patio plus two outside lights. After they got here, we realized one set of blades was not what we ordered. They completed the fans that could be installed and came back out to finish the job as soon as the correct blades came in. They were efficient, neat and helpful in answering other electrical questions. I would definitely use them again.

It went great! Repair person was Robert. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Told me the labor and parts they replaced had a 2 year warranty. Also, he identified an issue with the new LED lights. Not just in my living room, but in another room. Now that I have gone with the expensive LED's (that will last 20 years), I will have to switch out the dimmer switches. Even though I bought dimmable LED's. Lesson learned. I need sunglasses in my living room now. But, I asked for an estimate to send me. Not only that, but watching him, I think I could replace these switches myself! If not, you can hear about it on the 5 p.m. news. Homeowner zaps herself replacing dimmer switches. LOL! But, one has to save a buck where she can. And Robert made it look so easy and even explained the does and don't s of trying it on my own. I will use them again for my outside lighting though.

The technician arrived on time and inspected the installation area and concluded additional work would be required to install the bathroom fan. The price increase was from $100 to $500 and I declined the install.

The serviceman was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great experience overall.

The final install was good. The willingness to perform the job required was lacking. I did not expect to pay as much as I did. I also didn't see a note stating there would be additional charges. Luckily I did consider there might be since there was not a pre-existing fixture in place. Just due to customer service I would not use this company again.

First I was contacted early to let me know the scheduled time of the installation would be about an hour later than originally scheduled which was fine. The electrician that showed up was very good. He gave me recommendations on how to accomplish what I needed to control lighting and fan circulation. All work was completed neatly and cleaned up following. Also, everything was checked to make sure everything worked properly. Overall I was very satisfied with service. I rated the price fair because I believe the overall cost was a bit high for not having to run new wiring and not having to add any boxes for the fans.

Freddie was on time. He discussed everything we needed including pricing comparisons of replacement vs. repair of certain items. After reviewing everything we wanted he gave us prices for each item on the list. He moved methodically through our house doing the work. Where appropriate he explained how he did the repair. He did everything on the list in less than a day, which surprised me. I will gladly contact Peerless again for any electrical work.

From the initial phone call to the installation date, Peerless was nothing but professional. My husband and I both work, and they were very agreeable working with our schedules. The price was right and the service was outstanding.

We simply ran out of time. I started a new job, with no time-off and no work-from-home. :(
