Description of Work: We began our complete kitchen remodel officially on August 4th with our order of cabinets. Our major purchases from Lowes included cabinets, granite, and appliances. Substantial demolition and prep for the new cabinets was completed prior, so there were no physical impediments to the jobs contracted to Lowes. As of December 5th, there are still two unresolved issues on the cabinets. No segment contracted to Lowes went without multiple challenges. The attempts to get follow through from Lowes is like trying to motivate a snail. For the amount of money we spent, anyone would expect much, much better. Recently retired, we went into our largest ever project with comfort and excitement. We are finishing (not quite yet) with disappointment.

+ -1 moreThe staff could have been a little better. It was a busy time to buy and they gave us two washers instead of a washer and a dryer. It was all worked out the day it was supposed to be delivered. Punctuality was a bit off that day. The price was fair.

+ -1 moreAfter giving the salesman a business card from Fry's Electronics with the model number and price, Lowe's matched the price, and took off an additional 10%. On top of that, they offered free delivery, and free installation. They delivered the refrigerator, dent free; had to take both doors off of the refrigerator because it was so large; reassembled it, and hooked it up for us. We saved over $700.00 off of the original price.
Description of Work: Lowe's matched and beat Fry's Electronics prices, offered free shipping, and installation on our new Samsung 29 cubic feet refrigerator.

+ -1 moreIt took a while to get them to come out to do the project. The scheduling took longer than I had wanted it to. They finished all the work in one day. The workers did a good job, and seemed to know what they were doing.
Description of Work: They came out to my home and removed an old fence, then replaced it with a new one.
