Great, as usual.
Description of Work: I have used Legends on several occasions before. They always do a great job and try to be helpful even if they are just doing an inspection and evaluation. They did a complete re-roof job for me with solar shields and cutting ridges a few years ago and I hired them to correct some bad work left by another contractor on this job. I have also used them for consultation on other matters that did not involve payment. They have my complete confidence and recommendation.

We have spoken with our installer and there have been multiple attempts to contact you at the number you provided us via Angie's List messages. Our installer also informed us that they have left voicemails and did not receive a call back. Since you had already paid for the gutters to be installed, we put you on our schedule any way. We figured we would reach you while keeping you in line for faster service. However, we found out last week that the work was cancelled. Our crews have been very busy due to the historic rain and now hail storm. There has been a lag time due to these constraints. We are sorry for this. We like to use the same folks, roofers as well as gutter installers, so that we know the quality of the work. This may take a little longer but much happier clients. We watched Legends replace our neighbors roof and liked what we saw. Kanish made himself available to meet with our insurance adjuster and helped him with measurments (before we agreed to let him do the work). He drove me around our area more than once to look at other homes' roofs to help me select a shingle I would like. On roofing day the LARGE crew arrived promptly. They were very careful of my landscaping and completed the job in 2 days. In the middle of the job we had a huge rainstorm but had no leaks. They were very careful with cleanup. Hail damage to the roof left it "totaled". Insurance company wrote us a check for the amount. Legends Roofing has done at least 8-10 homes in our neighborhood because Kanish Ali has an adequate number of workers and works with the homeowner and the insurance adjustor to get the most $$ possible to replace the roof. It only took 2 days. His crew left the area clean and he came back to complete paint and gutter touchups. Had some grass burns from materials that laid on the grass in the hot sun and Kanish is willing to replace it if needed. He explains all details and procedures and makes an effort to "make the customer" happy with the results...which in our case turned out great.
Description of Work: Due to an early spring hailstorm, our roof was considered "totaled" from our insurance adjustor's standpoint. A new 30 year roof was installed, vents replaced and stacks and fans were painted to match the roof as well as the flashing that showed was painted to blend in with the roof. All debris was hauled away and the yard was clean of nails, shingles and other debris.
