Description of Work: Legends installed ~90 linear feet of gutter and downspouts on the back of our house. The final product looks great and everyone was very friendly and professional. Only reason for overall rating of B was responsiveness as it took longer than expected for the original quote and then for the actual installation.

Description of Work: We had 80 feet of new gutters put onto our roof with downspouts that go to rain water collection barrels. The communication was excellent. These guys were fantastic. Good price, great service.

Description of Work: Called because we had some water coming through our walls after the big freeze. We had a plumber come out and he told us to call a roofer. Called and Spoke to Kanish and he was VERY helpful. Once we determined it wasn't an emergency (tree on house) he talked me through 2 scenarios of what it could be and what to look for this weekend (as it's raining) to see if I have a roof problem or my gutters just froze and kept backing into the house. Great guy., knowledgeable..and his goal was to save me money and make sure my roof was safe. If I have any roof problems I will be calling him from now on.

Description of Work: Just moved into a new house and needed a few things fixed and gutters installed. Legends came out and walked us through everything with pictures and suggestions for how best to proceed. Worked to get the right gutters to match house. Installation was very quick and have had no complaints with leaks. Gutters look great and the crew did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend knish and the entire legends team.

Description of Work: Roof inspection to verify whether roof was indeed new according to seller's claim. I am in the process of buying an investment property. My general inspector has concerns about the widespread marks on the roof even though the seller claims he just had the roof replaced a few weeks ago. My inspector suggested I find an independent roofing company to do a roof inspection and I need it urgently as my option period is running out. While Kanish is really booked up with bigger projects, after I explained the urgency of my need, he readily agreed to come out to take a look. He inspected the roof in detail and determined that it was indeed recently installed, although it shows quite a bit of foot traffic. He also provided me a letter of inspection in case my mortage company has issues with the roof. He is courteous, professional and prompt. I will definitely hire him for my future roofing needs.

Description of Work: We were very interested in hiring this company for a new roof after the Lakewood hailstorm, but the guy who was supposed to come give us a quote no showed on us twice. Kanish seemed very nice and apologetic (when he called a few days after his guy didn't show up the first time) but two times is utterly unprofessional and unforgivable. We won't be calling them again.

Description of Work: I joined Angie's list to try to find a good roofer. Boy, did I find a GEM. Legends Roofing was my choice after interviewing several other roofers to tackle a very difficult roof such as mine. You see, I own a three story geodesic dome home. Most roofers have no idea how to roof this type of home. Some actually never got out of their vehicle once they drove out here to give me an estimate. Legends Roofing owner, Kenish, not only accepted the challenge, but he also figured out the number of actual squares of shingles needed for the entire job to the exact amount. No one has ever done that before. He knows what he is doing. This is by far the BEST roof I have had on this home that I designed and built myself. It is the third roof. I had nothing but problems with the two previous roofs on my house. It continualy had leaks that no one could ever find. You see, my house has no attic in it. It is made of triangles of hexagons and pentagons. Each shingle has to be accurately placed and trimmed to fit correctly. I purposely waited several months just to see that my roof did not leak after several rains. I am so happy to announce that I have absolutely no leaks at all. Legends Roofing had done a superb job on my home. They really went out of their way to make it all right. I highly recommend them to do your roofing. They really do care about the homeowner and their reputation. I had one roofer tell me to my face that "I would be a d*** fool if I didn't let him roof my house." That comment just cost him $19,000. Kenish with Legends Roofing is so nice and friendly and very experienced, I felt very comfortable letting him handle all of my roofing needs. You will someday probably thank me for telling you about this company. You can also see a picture of my home and roof on Legends Roofing web sight. Description of Work: Estimator was on time. Work was done on time. Installed new vent with electric fan motor. No leaks. My experience was great. The guy even came later to adjust the thermostat. Good company.
