Our experience with Jaime C. Flooring was fantastic from start to finish. Jaime returned my first phone call within a matter of minutes and arrived right on time for our estimate appointment. He was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He told us his installation crews were the best in the business and he gave us an estimate immediately. He sent us a contract for review the next day and was happy to make a couple of minor changes for us. We chose a date for the work to begin and they arrived on time and ready to get started. Our crew was led by Fernando, and Jaime was right, his crew was amazing. They answered all of our questions and we felt very comfortable leaving them to do their work. I was surprised when I came home for lunch a few hours later and they already had all of the barrier down and the wood laid out for nearly the entire project. By the end of the day over 1/2 of the flooring was nailed down. Fernando was so kind and patient in working with me to find just the right color when I changed my mind. He and his crew take pride in their work and it shows!! They finished the job in less time than we thought it would take (3 days) and we couldn't be happier with our beautiful new floors. I can't say enough nice things about Fernando and his hard-working crew. Jaime is very professional and has a crew that is super efficient. He also knows a lot of other contractors who can take on jobs that he normally does not (like painting the walls, kitchen countertop replacements, etc.). The reason we went with him though his quote was not the lowest was due to the ideas and options he presents while bidding on the job - you really get a sense of professionalism with him and the fact that he cares about making the finished product look good (and not just complete the contract and moving on to the next opportunity). He has also been very responsive after completion of the job - and has been very prompt in sending someone from his team to fix up things that were left out even after all payments had already been made. I would use him again for any future work in the house.

After reviewing the ratings on this firm from Angie's List, I knew that I would have this Contractor for me. I also knew that they would perform all of the work as outlined in our contract. Jaime and his two teams, were OUTSTANDING to work with. They did an OUTSTANDING job. They finished the job within the 2 day time frame that Jaime quoted to me. I can't say enough positive things about Jaime C Flooring. Two words sum up this company: TOTALLY OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!! Their work they performed and their clean-up was immaculate!!! Their pricing was very reasonable. No need to look further on Angie's list. This is the Company you want. Just read several of their reviews, and you will understand. I will have Jaime's crew back out to my house in the very near future, to fix a screw up that another contractor did while installing wooden flooring in my den several years ago. I can assure you that I will never use another firm when it comes to wood flooring!! TOTALLY OUTSTANDING FIRM that will do the job right for you at a very reasonable price. :-)

They were great at providing recommendations and left us with a great finished product. We would absolutely use them again!!!

I called Jamie last Thursday, he came out and gave me a reasonable cost and schedule my floor repair for today (Monday, the 13th). They arrived on time at 9am and were done by 12n. Everything was done professionally including covering everything in the room with plastic so the dust would not get on any furniture etc... The job was done better than I expected.

I was very pleased with this recommendation. Jaime was very prompt in coming to give me an estimate of the work that needed to be done and was able to have his crew here the next day, because they were already working in the area. The men arrived just when they said they would and finished the job in a day, as they said they could do. They have equipment that precludes huge amounts of dust from the sanding, They cleaned up everything and moved the furniture back in for me. I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed working with men of integrity, who take pride in doing the job right and leaving the customer pleased with their work. Their pricing was more than fair, and the charges were exactly what they said they would be. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their floors refinished or repaired.

His crew arrived on time and moved / covered my furniture to avoid any dust or damage. They did a great job cleaning up after the work was complete. I would HIGHLY recommend Jaime C Flooring for any of your flooring needs. I rate him with an A. -Pdonk

Owner initially prompt and professional with many samples to chose from. Our sub contractors were polite, and did nice work, but it became apparent that there were too many contracts with other customers at the same time. Hardwoods initially delivered did not look like sample, but the second delivery was a match, however there were delays in delivery. Back and forth calls were made as to why installers were not at our home! Apparently on second install date the supplier was not open and the installers could not get hold of him to pick up product. We took days off from work for appointments and install dates. It was very frustrating! There is a gap where one room connects to the next and it was not in our budget at the time for a second room to be done. We hoped that this time communication would not be an issue and we could finish up the project. Having called recently with our information to complete the work in the next room we were told the product was discontinued, but he would try to locate the product. Our point of contact information is on record, but recent calls and messages left has not been returned. We understand owners may be busy however not returning calls is rude. We are going finishing up with another company.

Undoubtedly, the finest remodeling experience of my life. I'd like to stand on my rooftop and sing out praise for Jaime C Flooring. Its team of workers led by Fernando were totally professional, obliging and so hardworking. They came each day right on time and never stopped working. The job started on Monday morning and was finished that Saturday, exactly the time period stated. We are thrilled with our new hardwood floors which match so well with the old flooring. Oh, I need to mention how neat the workers were carefully cleaning up each day before they left. Jaime was always available, making sure that all was progressing well....and that we were happy. A great experience!

He was really fast in getting back with me. If I ask a question, he calls right back. He usually did.

I sent Jaime an email on Tuesday which he responded to on that same day. I had sent several other companies emails but they either did not respond or took several days to get back to me. Jaime came out the the next day to measure and give me an estimate. His estimate was less than I expected so I accepted. He picked the flooring up on Thursday and the work began on Friday morning at 10:00. The workers were very polite worked very quickly. The whole job was done in 6 hours from beginning to end. Jaime came out several times to check on the work and for the final inspection. My daughter LOVES her new floor.

Jamie was great to work with. He and the team were able to complete the installation in just 3days and his pricing was very competitive.

After using JaimeC Flooring for our hardwood floors we decided to use them for our recarpeting as well. They responded quickly and had reasonable prices.They performed the work in one day. The installers were very neat, courteous and professional. The carpet looks great and feels luxurious due to the high quality padding they used. Very happy with the work.

JaimeC Flooring had come in February to replace the carpet in our living room and dining room with hardwood. We had a difficult install because our living room is sunken a few inches and required special treatment up the sides. They did a wonderful job at a very reasonable price. The installers are very professional and neat and easy to work with. We then called them back to do the entry way, hall and gameroom because we were so happy with the results from the first work. Again, they were prompt, responsive and did excellent work. Jaime is very responsive, friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company to others.
