Dalworth Rug Cleaning

Company rep arrived promptly on time and was very friendly, had many a great story to tell and I enjoyed visiting with him. He performed the work in about an hour, much faster than I had anticipated. The carpet was only a year old but had some stains. All the stains were removed and the carpet looked great. The only disappointment was in that I had a small area of tile at the front door that I'd asked the call-taker about (at their main office when I made the appointment). The call taker expressed her belief that they could clean that area for an extra 25 to 50 dollars. When I asked the rep, he said it would be about 150 dollars because he'd have to pull all of the necessary equipment out. I declined since the area was only about 4' X 4' and it was not cost effective. The rep did run the steamer used on the carpet over the tile as a courtesy and I thought that was very nice of him to do. I was very pleased with the service and would use them again.

I was impressed with how well they did, and how nice my carpets looked when they were done. I thought I was going to have to replace my carpet. They were very nice to work with, and I would use them again.

I had used this company before, many years ago. Called to get a price quote. They priced the sofa at 135 and the chairs at 54 each. That seemed high to me, so I said I would think it over and call back. Then I decided to check with Angie's List. It seems they had a good rating, so I decided to get them to just do the sofa. I called back and set an appointment for three days later. When I got home that evening I had a mailer in my mailbox with an offer from this company for a free chair cleaning with a sofa cleaning. So the next day I called them back to see if they would apply the coupon. They did apply it to my appointment. While they were there, they were doing such a good job I decided to go ahead and do the other chair. Father and son team, very professional,took about an hour, and my old furniture looks good again. I will use them again in the future, even though they seemed a little high in price, their service was something I couldn't have done myself. But I will keep an eye out for the coupon too!

They were perfect. I had never used anyone before. They took them away, cleaned them, brought them back and installed them. They laid them back out, these are very big Chinese and oriental carpets. They are hard to move around. The service was great.

They took it and brought it back. They didn’t do the binding because they didn’t have the yarn. They took it back again and supposedly cleaned it. It looked really good at first, but after a week it didn’t look very good. I then cleaned it myself with a Hoover Steam back and it was disgusting how much dirt came off the rug. I wouldn’t use them again.

The work was fine and they did a good job. The only issue I had was the only sent one person to do the work. I am 70 years old and I had to assist the worker in moving the furniture which was bit of a problem.

We have always been pleased. In our original house they did our wool carpets and helped changing patting since our house flooded. When we moved they cleaned our new carpets and took our oriental carpets with them. They cleaned and delivered them to our new home when we asked. This was a great service. We just trust them.

The service went quite good. They did one Oriental rug of ours that came back with some stains on it. They took it back and fixed the rug. Generally speaking they were very good. I was satisfied with their response.
