Description of Work: Called and set up appointment 4days prior. I was very explicit that some carpet repair and stretching would need to be done. I was very specific that tack strips would be needed. I was assured that this was no problem and assigned a time of between 10-12. The crew showed up at 12:10 and had no tack strips to repair the carpet. Without the carpet repair there was no point so I sent them away. Within 5 minutes, Dalworth service was calling saying they were sorry, did I want to reschedule. The answer was a definite no.

Description of Work: Dalworth cleaned the carpets before we moved into a older home in 1974 that we purchased. I only paid for a limited part of the toatal cost so I do not know the total price and am unable to comment on the reasonableness of the price. I can say that Dalworth showed up when they were supposed to and did a very good job cleaning carpets in 8 large rooms. When I need to have carpets cleaned again I plan to use Dalworth.

Description of Work: The guy that came to my house on time, got to work and did a fantastic job. He even hit a few stains in a couple of other rooms that he wasn't there to work on. My carpets were in terrible shape and he improved them greatly. I wasn't expecting a huge change but they looked pretty good. Very personal and perfesional service.

Description of Work: I phoned concerning their knowledge and ability to clean sweet tea spilled on my collector's gabbeh rug. I was given an explanation of the cleaning technique , time frame, along with an estimate over the phone. To my surprise, they were able to pick up within 24 hours! My rug was delivered back to me in about one week looking all brand new! The bill was just as estimated and the employees were friendly and professional! I will use them again!

Description of Work: Dennis Keck, the owner (along with his wife, Becky) of this Dalworth franchise, came over to give me an estimate on cleaning and polishing the marble floors, countertops, etc. within a large master bathroom. In that I had had such a good experience with Dalworth cleaning & polishing another area of my home in the past, I knew that I wanted to use this company again. Dennis and Becky were able to schedule me at my convenience. I was surprised and glad to learn that Dennis would do the work himself. To my delight, I found him to be a perfectionist-----and we all know that employing an extremely conscientious professional is both a pleasure and a relief! Dennis and Becky are a working team, and they obviously aim to please their customers. I highly recommend the usage of their services; their honesty, dependability, and work ethic are most admirable.

Description of Work: Treated spots and steam cleaned 900 sq ft of short nap grey office carpet. There was no furniture in the office so the job was fairly straightforward. Most of the spots came out and carpet looked fine after completion. It took about 6-8 hours to dry. Actual job took about 2-hours total.

Description of Work: Dalworth cleaned for me for the second time, several rooms and a stair case of wall to wall carpeting. I would say they cleaned the carpeting as well as anyone but not an outstanding performance for the price. They also cleaned at their facility a prized Persian rug. I had had many carpets cleaned by them a few years ago and though expensive, the result was very satisfactory and I was thrilled to have a relativley reasonable safe place to have my silk Oriental's cleaned. Fast forward a few years and a new puppy and one needed cleaning. I was shocked to see that the carpet had blue streaks in it that looked like the dyes had run. They took it back and after several months (the delay was primarily my fault) I got my carpet back and the streaks were gone and the capet looked great. They gave me 10% off. I thought I should have been given a bigger discount since I was a repeat customer and the shock value of worrying about my special rug was pretty high.
