Description of Work: Had two different services by them. One was for carpet cleaning and the other was for tile cleaning. I have used them in the past and find them very reliable and they know their business well. I had pet stains in the carpet and they did a great job removing stains and smells.

Description of Work: The first carpet cleaning was unsatisfactory so I requested a recleaning because I had always been pleased with them in the past. The second time was satisfactory and everyone was courteous and eager to do the job right. I would have given them all A's if the job had not needed to be redone.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpeting in several rooms, quickly and professionally. I've tried other carpet cleaners from time to time, but always come back to Dalworth. They are the most professional, do the best job in the quickest time, and the carpeting dries very quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: We had them come out and pick up three of our area rugs and take them off-site and deep clean them. Dalworth contacted us the day before the pick-up, contacted us the morning of the pick-up and then did the same on the return of the rugs. The technicians were polite and professional. They looked at the rugs we wanted cleaned and then gave us a price and offered us stain guard and new carpet pads. The entire process was quick and the rugs look fantastic. We had someone take our rugs and "clean" them a few years ago and I couldn't tell if anything had been done. I highly recommend Dalworth.

Description of Work: Got home in the afternoon to find my My 90 lb dog had gotten sick in 2 rooms of the house. Called Dalworth and they had someone out the very next day. Tech was professional and did a great job cleaning the carpets.

Description of Work: They steam cleaned a couch and love seat. The pieces are white and several years old so there was only so much they could do. The improvement was very evident and I was satisfied with the results. I would use them again.
