Description of Work: I originally paid for the basic carpet cleaning for 3 rooms through Angie's List. I also needed the tile in my bathroom cleaned and sealed. The Dalworth Tech, Chris reviewed the services he would recommend after he looked at the carpet which included rotary scrubbing the high traffic areas, deodorizer and scotchguard treatment. The carpets looked great after the cleaning. Chris was professional and had a strong level of expertise. They were more expensive than the last company I used however if it extends the life of the carpet, it will be worth it.

Description of Work: We had one room carpet clean and carpet stretch. We paid for their highest level premium service. They did not move the bed from the wall to clean. We also told the person we ordered from and the technicians when they arrived that we wanted to add a couple small 5'x5' areas. Before we knew it they had packed up their gear and did not want to deploy it again. Technicians were far from professional. What can I say other than I will not be using Walworth again or recommending the company either. Just another company who has become victims of their own service personnel....too bad.

Description of Work: Placed the order through Angie's List. They dropped the ball a bit and did not contact me right away. I finally called, and they set me up right away with Tracy one of their techs. We scheduled for about two hours of my call, he showed up on time, very polite, and did a very good job with my sofa. I did think the $105 seemed to me a little pricey for just the sofa. But I loved the completed job.

Description of Work: The spots came back after 3 months. I have other carpet cleaners before work on the spots and give me cleaning solutions for new spots. Also the carpet felt stiff like there was residue left on the treated pot area. Stanley Steamer does a better job. Also he left the furniture on the carpet with no protection ie plastic under the legs ect. I hade to get some from my garage and do it myself.
