Description of Work: Dalworth cleaned the carpet in my 3 bedroom home. The technician was very professional, and we were pleased with the result. I have used them several times in the past and usually get the "economy" clean.

Description of Work: What a waste of money!!! They charged me $300 to "clean" my kitchen grout. Not only did they not get it cleaned - twice - but they only guaranteed it for 10 days! I had it reevaluated by another company today who charge less and guarantee for 5 years. Oh, and did I mention they actually got it clean without any excuses about how it was too damaged to clean. Thanks a lot for taking advantage of hard working middle class people, Dalworth. You have my money and I have nothing to show for it except stupidity for trusting this company's reputation. Run away fast, folks!!!
