Description of Work: I refused to pay over $300. In upgrades so he didn't clean the carpet. I called to complain and they came to fix the problem and they didn't fix the problem. Anyone who contracts with this server must plan to pay their upgrade.

Description of Work: This was a move-in carpet cleaning. They came in the time frame promised, cleaned the rugs quickly, found a prior pet stain not previously apparent to me and did a thorough cleaning of the area. Good, thorough, and professional job. They asked me before doing any items for which they knew some people have preferences.
