Dalworth Clean

It went really well. I have actually already called them again to come back for another cleaning.

Showed up for estimate the next morning after I called late in the day. I set one appointment time for the actual service visit later that day and subsequently asked them if we could move it up 2 hours. Serviceman showed up early as requested, was here no more than 35 minutes, and left the carpets in excellent condition. Even got the oily footprints up completely. Price was the same as the estimate. Very good experience!

Dalworth's phone salespeople are very helpful. They accommodated my need to change the appointment twice. They promised that the work could be easily completed by the technician. The technician arrived a little later than expected. The repair that best met our need used a z-bar that allowed the carpet to be tucked up and against the hardwood. The technician did not have the z-bar in his truck so I had to go to a hardware store to get them. He acted as though this was not a routine repair for them and the homeowner should have expected to have those parts on hand. News to me. However, the work completed by Dalworth met our needs, looks fine and was priced ok. I do feel the technician should have been more prepared with materials. I gave him the left over z-bars so he could keep some on his truck.

Used Dalworth twice, approx. 14 months apart and had exactly the same experience and same franchisee both times. Service order called for two tech's in order to move furniture and was told the "helper" was out sick both times. Ordered AM service both times, the Sub called both times to report he was overbooked and arrived in the afternoon. I learned he lived in the area possibly making me his last job each time which if true I wished he had simply been honest about informing me when he would arrive. They will get your carpet incredibly clean and it will be nearly dry when they leave. You will pay a premium price however and may, or may not, get the service time requested and agreed to. Don't bother ordering a second "helper", as you will not get it. If you can afford to wait an entire day for them you will have clean carpets when they leave your home.

They did a fairly good job. I was pretty much satisfied with it. He said he did the best he could, but he couldn't get the white carpet completely clean. I thought the cleaning was a little expensive. It was $100 for just one room and a hallway.

They did a good job. Everything went perfect. They paid attention to all of the corners and made sure that they did the job correctly. They did very good well and they are very professional.

Arrived on time, very professional, did a thorough job and cleaned up after themselves.

My carpet looked almost new after cleaning, and all spots were removed except a small one which had a red base in it. The entire four rooms took less than an hour. Gary was friendly, professional, and efficient.

They got the job done on time. They were very professional. They were here when they said that they were going to be here. They were done when they said they were going to be. They knew what they were doing. I would recommend them to friends and family.

The technicians I've used were both very cordial; unfortunately only one of them really seemed to know how to best do the job - Aaron Weldon.

I made the appointment online on a Tuesday for Thursday cleaning. I was pleased with the quick response and confirmation since it was just a couple of days notice. They were supposed to arrive between 1:00 and 3:00 on the day of the appointment, but the technician called at 2:30 to say that they were running behind schedule. Apparently they had an unscheduled cleaning at Noon...whatever that means...and that put them behind. I would have preferred it if they had notified me at Noon that would not make the two hour window instead of waiting until the last minute, but I guess that's too much to ask. I scheduled the Standard Cleaning package which according to their description on-line includes moving furniture. So needless to say I was disappointed again when the technician informed me that they would only move small furniture such as coffee tables & end tables (which I don't have) & dining chairs. I would have to pay extra for them to move my sofa, loveseat, and chair. I declined. I was pleased with the overall clean. The rotary cleaner that they used did a fantastic job of cleaning my heavily soiled carpets, but of course I had to pay a little extra for them to use it vs. steam alone. And the carpets dried in no time at all. If I use them again, I'll order the Economy package next time and move my dining chairs my self since I had to put them back after they left anyway.

Outstanding. Kenda and Ted were by far the best carpet cleaning team we have ever had in 18 years. They are enthusiastic, professional, efficient and very focused on exceeding the customer's expectations. We are going to be sure to ask for Ted and Kenda by name when we use Dalworth from now on. They are Dalworth franchise owners and their pride of ownership really shows in their work. Our 18-year old carpets look like they were just laid down this afternoon after the incredible cleaning job Ted and Kenda did for us.

Everything about the experience was wonderful. They were professional, right on time, and we would use them again.

Overall things were good. Where the work was done everything looks great. Serviceman was great.

I called up to schedule service based on the positive feedback here. A family member asked if I had checked out a competitor. When I did I found out the price was at Dalworth was more then double what the other was asking for. If it had been in the same ballpark I wouldn't have been phased but this is bad in my opinion. I don't know what they could possible do that much better that is worth the extra money. The best part was when I called to cancel service they sent me a survey. If I took the survey they'd give me 40% of the original price of the original service requested. Total scam in my opinion. I guess you schedule, cancel and reschedule for the best price. Beware!

Other than this incident they've been fine, but I would never use them again.

We were very happy with them. We have used them before and have always been pleased.

He called to confirm the appointment. He was here on time, in a marked vehicle in uniform. He introduced himself and confirmed what I wanted to have done. He moved furniture, vacuumed the carpets and pretreated some spots I pointed out. He shampooed the carpets thoroughly and did a particularly good job getting up the spots and stains. He did a very nice job on the wood floor, moving all the furniture out of the way to get all the corners and walls.

The man that came out was the owner. He is very meticulous. Sometimes they tend to be pricey, but they come out when they say they will and will also come on short notice.

They were on time and did great work.

Appointment scheduled for 2 hr window. 15 minutes into the window, I received a call advising me that technician would arrive near the end of the window. I was very impressed by this consideration. Carpet cleaning took about 30 minutes. I had expected it to take longer, since it took me 45 min just to vacuum. After cleaning, I wore white cotton socks while walking on carpet and noticed the bottom of socks were becoming soiled. I do not believe that the cleaning was very thorough. A few days later I started feeling small bites and found fleas in the carpet. I do not have pets and no pets have been in my home for 9 years. I have never had a flea problem before. Under the circumstances I have to conclude that the fleas were introduced by the cleaner (equipment or shoes).

They were good. I had no complaints.

Arrived as planned, spot treated, and advised me of the best cleaning method for my situation. Provided a realistic expectation of the outcome given the condition of my carpet. Performed the cleaning services quickly and thoroughly. Very courteous and friendly.

Tipton did a good job. He was informative about what he was doing and why. I had him come out a few days later to re-stretch the carpet in the hall.

They did a great job very nice and courtesy.
