Dalworth Clean

They're very good. Most of the rooms are really good, and one room there was a couple of stains he didn't get out. They moved all the furniture. They were right on time, even to the minute. Everything else was fine. Prices were exactly what they quoted.

I am not a hundred percent pleased with what I had to pay for the work. The pool was not in as good of shape as I thought it was and they should have been more up front about what they could actually do. They were responsive to my needs.

They are punctual. Their price was good and their quality of work was good too.

The carpet was cleaned in less than an hour but when I went to put the furniture back I noticed that one closet appeared to have not been cleaned. I spoke with Dalworth's rep. on the phone. She stated in a haughty manner that I had not ordered the deluxe service so closets were not included.No one had told me without deluxe service my closets would not be cleaned! They were alot more expensive than my last cleaning company and they did closets. I have a guest coming next week so I offered to pay a little more to get it done. They wanted to charge me alot more, and the rep. was very rude on the phone. I asked to speak to her manager and he refused to speak to me! I will never use this company again!

My experience with them was very good. I had a problem with fleas and they treated the carpets, but the fleas came back. I mistakenly put down some flee power and it turned out that I was allergic to it, so they came out and cleaned the carpets, scrubbed the base boards and did all the furniture. They were really good, but the price was a little on the higher side.

I don't think they pay close attention to detail like I would like them to. I almost feel like I can personally do a better job with my own carpet cleaner. They are punctual and curteous when they come for appointments.

I was updating a house that had belonged to a deceased relative, to put it on the market. My goal was to make the house as attractive as possible to sell quickly in an already depressed market. One thing that I did was to replace the cheap, once-white-and-now-dingy berber carpet with prefinished bamboo flooring. I had a handyman contractor working on general house repairs. He had previous experience installing wood flooring (my father-in-law's house), and while he had done an excellent job there, he had never before worked with bamboo. Evidently bamboo requires a different type of glue. Due to my limited budget, I chose to have my handyman install the flooring rather than have a professional installation. This was a mistake. Because my handyman did not remove the residual glue immediately, his later attempts to remove the glue also removed the finish. Although I knew that the floor still needed work, I put the house on the market and had an offer within two days. The offer naturally stipulated that the floor be corrected before a closing date set for two weeks later. Since I needed the work done fast, I called Dalworth Cleaning for help. Mr Hedger of Dalworth Cleaning was absolutely terrific! His inspection revealed that while there were still some glue spots, the problem was really that the factory installed finish had been removed in my handyman's attempt to remove the glue. Mr Hedger worked to remove some remaining spots and refinished the entire 900 square feet in two days. The floor looked absolutely beautiful; a huge difference. Mr Hedger also met with me, my realtor, the buyer, and the buyer's realtor after hours to discuss what had been done to restore the finish.

The crew came out on time and did an excellent job. They were able to get all of the stains out. I have had a good experience with them. I think that the prices with Dalworth are about average for the work.

The carpet had a few spots - spilled make up and unknown-tracked-from outside spots. The rep very carefully worked on those spots in addition to overall cleaning. He also focused on high traffic areas. I was happy with the results and the carpet completely dried in about three hours.

Booked the date online, very easy. Online site gave price estimations that were very helpful. Steve, our cleaner was very friendly, punctual and did a fantastic job exactly as described. The price was higher than we usually pay by about $150. The carpets do look fantastic though, especially considering that they are 16 years old and champagne color. I would definitely use them again, but only once yearly due to the increased cost.

Originally canceled service due to terrible storm. Had all my information when I rescheduled. This saved me a lot of time. Actual service was troble free with great clean up.

The carpets look a lot better. I also had them clean the doorway to my bedroom and they ended up cleaning the whole room without an extra charge. They didn't move furniture because I didn't need it moved.

The workers at Dalworth go above and beyond. I will definitely use them again in the future. I have no complaints. They do a great job.

Technician was on time, thorough and completed in a reasonable time. The carpets were definately much cleaner though I had hoped the edges along wall would have been cleaner, but it is old carpet which had not been cleaned and much ground in dirt especially along edges.

They came on time; picked up the rug, and brought it back exactly as they said they would. All the stains were gone and it looked better than brnd new.

They were professional, just really over priced

He did a wonderful job! I thought the price was very fair considering the size of my upstairs. I was very impressed that he moved all of the furniture around by himself! I have already planned to use him again this year.

The man who came was very friendly. The quality of their work was good. The worker came on time to the appointment. He was quite professional.

Our experience with them was good. I would hire them again.

When I called for an estimate, I did not immediately identify myself as a member of Angie's List. The estimate was $850+ (not unreasonable for the amount of carpet to be cleaned) and I was offered a $50 discount. I then said I was an Angie's List member and inquired about the $50 discount offered on their website to Angie's List members. The representative told me that I was not eligible for both discounts. My conclusion: This company does not honor it's advertised Angie's List discount.

They came out on the same day requested and cleaned all spots.

I have been using Dalworth for several years. They have reasonable prices and they do a good job. They run some very good sales and promotions which are nice. They have very good prices if you have work done during the promotion.

Mr. Hale arrived promptly and immediately got started. While he was working upstairs, we were busy cutting a carpet remnant that we had found to fit a section at the foot of the stairs where no carpet was currently installed (only the pad). Jim noticed what we were doing, told us to hold on, ran out to the truck and grabbed a carpet stretcher, and proceeded to install the carpet for us! This was a small thing, but we were very impressed that he would make the extra effort to go beyond his job requirements and help us out. We tried to tip him for his work, and he refused to take it. It was a rare pleasure to see someone take pride in doing things right.

The carpet cleaner was late but had called me twice to let me know he would be, he pre-treated and steam cleaned the carpets. He pointed out stains he couldn't remove and explained why.
