Dalworth Clean

We've used them for sixteen years and they are fantastic. Couple of years ago when we had a water damage, it was so bad that we were out of our home for three and a half months. It's a couple that run's it and they do fire and water damage restoration that’s associated with carpet cleaning and they also do tile grout. They are just top notch people. They couldn't have improved, it was unbelievable and I'm a pain in the butt to prove previous leads. They didn't mess up the house when they did it and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. They left the house in fantastic shape.

They were fast. I don’t think that the carpet was super clean afterwards, but they did do a good job as far as being in and out. I would possibly use them again.

I was able to set an appointment at my desired time online which was very convenient. I received a live phone call confirmation. On the day of the service, my person got struck in traffic (it was an 8 a.m. appt) but I was telephoned and notified of new estimated arrival time which I appreciated. Service was done thoroughly, no hard attempt at upselling.

Great communication. Were there when I called, talked to a real person Were at the house when they said they would be (called to let me know they were coming). Very Professional. Did what they said for the amount they said it would cost.

They came out here when they said they would. They were very nice and very efficient. I had worked with an independent carpet cleaner earlier, but they hadn't really moved much furniture around. Dalworth Clean moved the couch and cleaned underneath it. They moved things around well. They were great. I got the ultimate service because I have animals and so forth. They used deodorants and everything for the cleaning. I really liked the work that they did.

They picked up the rug and dropped it off and made sure that it was trouble-free for us. They did a real good job on the carpet.

They are on time and very professional. They are fast and hard workers.

Derek Rawls and his assistant arrived a bit ahead of schedule. He went through the quote, we discussed additional options and alternatives, confirmed what needed to be done and they promptly went to work. They did an awesome job.

We used Dalworth Clean because it is a large company and it is easy to get a hold of them. If the job was not done correctly we could easily get them back out quickly.

The woman who took my initial phone call was very friendly and professional. Plus, she followed-up on my rather unreasonable request to see if there might be anyone willing/able to work on a Sunday. We are grateful to her and the tech (Owner) who came out to do the work. The quality of the work was great. Many thanks!

When we order our service, the service was advertised as pre-vacuum and moving of average size furniture for four rooms. The service technician did not pre-vacuum and had to be asked to move average size furniture. He didn't rake the carpet after completing any of the rooms. Also, we were charged extra money for additional room, when all that was done were four rooms that we had requested originally. In the past we have used Dalworth and didn't seem to have any issues. The technician was late and was only here from 3:15 - 4:30 pm for $250 dollars which seems expensive for just four rooms. Unfortunately, we will not be using Dalworth in the future.

I had one house ready to move in to and the other house ready to be sold. Overall, my experience with them was very good. They stretched my carpet, cleaned it and cleaned my tile. Everything looked good. Their price was good.

Regretfully, I will not use Dal Worth again. The technician, Mike Adams, arrived 15 minutes early for an 8 a.m. appt. and did not ask if it would be okay to come into the home to start the work early. It was an early school morning and we were trying to get our child on her way to school. When ordering over the Internet, customers are allowed to specify the technician they want. Dal Worth sent a different technician than the person I asked for and did not check with me in advance to see if that would be okay. The technician Mike Adams had somewhat of a smart alec attitude and it was obvious he was more focused on the company's and his own interests instead of providing good customer service to us, even though we were paying almost $400 for the work. In addition to the cleaning, I asked the technician to give me a quote on repairing some rippled carpet on the stairs. It was obvious that he did not want to do that kind of work, and at the end of the cleaning, he conveniently never got back to addressing it. As far as the cleaning, they did a decent job and what they were supposed to, but the overall customer experience was not what I expected and had received from Dal Worth's normally outstanding technicians in the past. When the job was over, Dal Worth contacted me about a customer service survey. I took it and explained the problems I had. They did call me back and offer to send someone out to address the carpet rippling, but they had no apologies for the bad customer service. The customer service person said and I quote "We don't use these surveys to get anyone in trouble. We just use them for educational purposes." Well, Dal Worth, you just lost a customer over this, so you better start thinking about following up with the technicians that receive complaints. In my view, Dal Worth no longer cares about the normally excellent customer service they provide, and I will find another carpet cleaner in the future.

They do a good job, arrive on time, and I am very satisfied.

They were very professional and were not in a hurry. They moved all the furniture and moved it back when finished. I asked them to try and get a spot out and they were very accommodating. I was very pleased with them and I would recommend them to anyone.

We have a new 7' x 10' area rug of excellent fine quality fiber in our living room that is the focal point of the room. With two young kids dripping their drinks onto the rug and spilling their food the rug seen its fair share of abuse. We tried to clean the rug ourselves but only succeeded matting the fine fibers together. The appearance after doing that degraded the appearance of the rug. I called Dalworth and utilized their rug cleaning service. I was hesitant to submit our rug to be cleaned due to the price ($3 per square foot). However, after reading reviews on Angie's List and viewing their video on their rug cleaning process on their website, I called them up to pick-up our rug. They were courteous on the phone and worked with my schedule to meet me at my house to pick-up the rug. After one week they delivered my rug and their were some areas of the rug that they overlooked. I do not blame them for this fact because I should have noted these areas with masking tape. The stains were easy to overlook because they are not visible to the naked eye unless one runs their hand over the fiber. Since their policy states that satisfaction is guaranteed, I called them up to discuss my dilemma. They offered to pick-up the rug and clean it again at no charge. They even put a rush on it to ensure a quick turn around. I made sure this time to mark the stains with masking tape and pointed them out to the technician who picked up the rug. When I got it back I was very satisfied with the cleaning. The rug looks like the day we brought it home from the store. Although the price is a bit expensive, I believe that one should not skimp on quality. Thanks Dalworth.

They did a good job. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. I felt their pricing was reasonable. I would use them again if needed.

The tecnician arrived within the agreed upon time frame. He moved all furniture not previously moved. He pre-treated spots. The technician was well groomed and courteous. I thought I might have to replace my 3-1/2 year old carpet but after the Dalworth cleaning it looks new.

Mark Ryan was thorough, fast, professional, friendly, and competent. I honestly couldn't have been more pleased with the service and will definitely call him again as well as recommend him to my Plano area friends.

Excellent. We intentionally let the rooms dry for about 48 hours but that was our choice.

They took 15 of our Chinese and Persian rugs from our old house, completely cleaned them, brought them back and laid them down in our new house. They picked them from our old house and when they were ready they held them for about 10 days and re delivered them to our new house. They picked up the rugs on the same day that we called them; about 4 hours after we called them. They brought them back and laid them on the floor. One of them was not quite where we wanted it to be. They moved it 3 or 4 times till we got it set in the right place.

They are excellent and I would give them A's for everything. They are very professional and they do great work. They are punctual and easy to deal with as far as scheduling.

Over the years I have used them twice. I will be using them again after Christmas. They are reasonable. They drive a lot of heavy equipment in and out. The workmanship is great. I use them because they are good.

They did a great job. They were very careful about everything they did and were also thorough about everything, too. They were prompt and professional; they all had uniforms on.
