They always do a very good job. They are prompt, professional and have excellent customer service skills.

We book all of our cleaning services online. They send emails and will call to remind you of the appointment. They always arrive on time and never leave a mess.

Not good. Unable to remove even a portion of water-based paint stains on rug.

The crew arrived on time and worked professionally and quickly. They moved furniture to complete the cleaning. The quality was great and I will use them again in the future.

I scheduled the appointment on the internet. Did not receive the day requested even though the internet said open. Dal-worth promptly called about scheduling issue and we agreed to a revised date and time. Service technician did not arrive at scheduled time; however, he did called stating late due to traffic and would be approximately 30 min. late. Carpet cleaning met expectations. I would consider using Dal-worth again in the future.

Called them, set up an appointment. They showed up on time, cleaned the carpets for the agreed upon price. Plan on using them again if needed.

Did an absolutely FANTASTIC job!!! And I have an embarrassing amount of pet stains throughout! I would definitely have Dalworth out again!

Arrived right on time and went over what was needed and started on the job. Finished in no time. And carpet looks like new.

Tech did the following: 1) He did NOT wear protection over his sneakers as shows/stated online. Thus, tracking mud all over my tile floor of which I had to mop (twice) AND he walked over the freshly cleaned carpet with his dirty shoes. Even after vacuuming it I can still see his footprints. 2) He did NOT pre-vacuum even though it was a part of the premium service. 3) He did NOT deodorize the carpet even though we paid for the pet service. 4) He barely spent time on the actual carpet. He fooled around with the couch/loveseat which weren't that bad anyway since we keep them covered all of the time. You can still see the super clean spot where I used my small carpet shampooer several weeks before he arrived. This tells me his professional work wasn't as good as my cheapie unit. 5) He did NOT use any fans to help facilitate the drying. We had to wait 6 hours to be able to walk on the carpet, use restrooms, move furniture back. I kept asking him questions throughout, but he had excuses as to why he wasn't doing this correctly. I contacted their customer service desk, and they offered a $35 rebate. because he didn't use fans. I'm sorry, but he didn't do a lot of things that adds up to more than $35. Needless to say, unless their customer service pulls through - we will not be using them again.

Asked for an on-line quote, received price so placed a request for service for 11/9/12. Price quote was good only till 11/7 so did not pursue further. However, sales manager sent an email asking for a chance to earn my business. Gave him the details regarding the areas to be cleaned....never got a response. Even though I provided a quote from another company, even if he could not match the least he could have done was generate a reply. This is not a good way to earn my business.

My old cheap rug had been stored in a cabin in Colorado for 8 years. After moving back to Texas and not knowing what critters had been on or in it, I had Dalworth pick it up for cleaning at their plant, as I didn't want it cleaned on my hardwood floors. When they delivered it, the rug looked fine and is now in my guest room. The only complaint was the cleaning cost more than the rug did when I bought it new!

Did a very good job making the dinginess go away. Over all brightness returned to sofa. Was dry after about 4 hours.

They have always been professional and responsive. They are courteous and have great service.

I have used them several times but this last time I didn’t have a good experience with the man that came to clean my carpet. I will use them again but I won’t get that technician to come out. I like that they are a big company and they are reliable. They get my carpets clean and I am pleased with them. The price is reasonable.

They arrived on time and were very polite. We moved our furniture ourselves and vacuumed before they arrived. Upon arrival they asked lots of questions and requested a tour of the house and had us point out stains and problem spots. They pretreated the carpets and then performed the cleaning. The entire cleaning took a little over an hour. We had two areas where our Black Lab had several accidents. It smelled pretty bad. Dalworth was upfront about the fact they can get all of the stain out so its safe for our child to play on, but the carpet pad underneath the carpet would still smell. Fortunately for us, the smell disappeared and the stains are definitely gone. Our carpets look and feel great again. We will use them again and again.

It went very well. I ordered service online and Steve arrived on time to do the work. He was very professional and pleasant. He vacuumed the rooms, moved small items, and placed plastic squares under furniture legs. Then he dry-steam cleaned the carpets, which is supposed to reduce the drying time from 4 hours to 2 hours. I'm not sure the dry-steaming was worth an extra $15 per room, but it probably would've taken longer than 4 hours to dry the other way, with the weather today. Steve did a great job. The carpets look great. He cleaned up everything before he left. I would use this company again.

I received a quote from Dalworth and the woman I spoke to was incredibly friendly and helpful. The price was competitive but I choose another company to perform the job. From my experience getting a quote over the phone, I would recommend Dalworth to someone else.
